Hello. I have a few questions.
1) When cleaning the aura, during visualization (I imagine myself sitting on a high hill under the rays of the sun), I feel warm, as if I was really sitting in the sun. This is fine?
2) Regarding MO levels. How to reach the third level? Do you just need to do all three steps (once) or do you need to do the same three steps THREE TIMES? Do not understand a little bit...(
3) I recently began to open my clairaudience points, and now I hear sounds (usually against the background of some noise). Radar, singing in a high voice, whistling (hairdryer), also heard music (boiling thermopot)... Is this opening my astral hearing?!) =D
4) Regarding the pain of healing... I am healing my heart. Nine breaths of white-golden energy into the organ, I affirm three to five times, three times - AUM. But when inhaling energy, sometimes there is (mild) pain in the heart. Is this how it should be? Or am I doing something wrong?

Aum is not affirmation it is a mantra, Satanama does heal and balance somehow on it own, but even with this you should state a affirmation like:

I fully heal my hearth now. x 8 or 10 or 18 times.
