It would be good if anyone has chakra spinning diagram or illustration and plz paste that diagram or illustration in your answer ..I am a beginner and it is hard for me to imagine chakras and their spinning

If you're only just beginning you shouldn't stress too much over not being able to see your chakras or even the white/gold energy used for cleaning. What you should focus on is the feeling. Simply just "know" that your chakras are spinning or your aura is being cleaned and you will still get results, regardless of whether or not you can "see" it. Your intent and focus matter more right now, and visualization will come easier as you become more open.

Personally, I visualize each chakra as a gemstone of the traditional color. (Starting from the base of the spine: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, indigo, purple (or mauve). Sorry, I can't get the picture to paste.

Just imagine the gemstone as located in the corresponding chakra. That done,it's easy to imagine these spinning upon command. I generally chant the chakra's name and visualize it spinning with each repetition.
