Regards !!!
technical questions about meditation,
1. Namely, as I am a solar-Jupiter twin, I find it hard to control my thoughts while meditating, do you know any solutions?
2. How is it that sometimes I feel heat during yogic breath and sometimes I don't, sometimes I feel chakra and sometimes I don't.
3. Sometimes i feel intense energy in my hands or feet, is there any special meaning?

1. Void meditation
2 and 3. Normaly heat means resistance in the chakra below the heat.
The kundalini force wants to reach your crown chakra, this energy is intense. Try kundalini/hatha yoga and cleaning (Returning Curses 1 and 2).
