Good evening, sorry for the time, I thank all the people who helped me get better with meditation, thank you very much :).
For 1 year I have been doing meditation on the chakras, open and closed emptiness, yogic meditation, on the aura of protection and eliminating the negative energies of the body with a white sphere - now even if with this I sometimes succeed, other times I prefer to perceive the flow of the energy that enters and exits like a sort of wave throughout the body.
I have any doubts about these 3 simple things?
1) I still don't spin the chakras, because I still don't feel like I've unlocked them, in another post in which a very kind person responded to me and said that it takes time, even years, to activate the chakras, in fact I continued; in fact I had results with a clearer mind and more energy.
2) of the 40 days of power I am on the 9th day and it took me 1 year because every time I meditate I feel something new and after 3 days I feel hyperactive (I go to the swimming pool and gym + the meditations written above) in your opinion is it is this the problem?
3) I still don't practice kundalina and hata yoga, I'm a little scared, what do you think I should do?
4) sometimes due to this excessive energy I tend to masturbate to restore it, and then after 7.8 days I start again, is this normal? or dangerous?
4.5) I haven't done RTR yet, I would like to know if I should do it now or later when I tend to stabilize?
4.6) if you have time please can you reply thanks.
5) sorry if I wrote so much thanks for the work you do :).

I'll give you my opinions, but they'll only be my opinions, listen to what more experienced members say. :)

1) I still don't spin the chakras, because I still don't feel like I've unlocked them, in another post in which a very kind person responded to me and said that it takes time, even years, to activate the chakras, in fact I continued; in fact I had results with a clearer mind and more energy.
I think there is nothing wrong with spinning chakras, as per the meditation program you can do it, indeed it has benefits. There are no obvious contraindications, in fact it is part of the 40-day program you refer to, but always feel your soul and what is really good for you. The program is not a constraint, but a support for your initial progress.

2) of the 40 days of power I am on the 9th day and it took me 1 year because every time I meditate I feel something new and after 3 days I feel hyperactive (I go to the swimming pool and gym + the meditations written above) in your opinion is it is this the problem?
My opinion is that you should let your body get used to the increased bioelectricity. If you stop and start again it might not happen. Gradually you have to give yourself time to get used to the bioelectricity and the increased energy. Go slowly, but do not stop. It is like if you stop at the gym every time your muscles hurt. You would never give your muscles time to get used to it. Instead, if you continue consistently, over time it will settle down and the body will "upgrade to the new level"

3) I still don't practice kundalina and hata yoga, I'm a little scared, what do you think I should do?
The biggest obstacle is fear. If you want a safer approach to things, start very, very gradually. And feel the feedback from your body. See what works best for you, but don’t be afraid because fear is not the feedback you are looking for. It’s the physical and spiritual sensations that should interest you.

4) sometimes due to this excessive energy I tend to masturbate to restore it, and then after 7.8 days I start again, is this normal? or dangerous?
As I said, I think you just have to get used to the bioelectricity increasing. I don't think you should stop, but you should go gradually. It's your choice and it depends on how you feel, I'm just saying what I would do.

4.5) I haven't done RTR yet, I would like to know if I should do it now or later when I tend to stabilize?
Spiritual warfare programs should be done after 6 months of meditation. You have been meditating for a long time, but have stopped several times without giving your soul a chance to progress. This may not correspond to reality, but this is what I understood. I advise you to wait a little longer with the RTRs. Take your time to advance.
