Are you familiar with directing energy, and breathing in energy to a certain point of your body?

IF yes
While breathing in focuse on the lower part of your lungs. While breathing in, rise that focus slowly up. You must try to expend your lungs, where you are focusing, so at the beginning, the lower part. You may also want to breath into your belly, so expand your belly while breathing in, and than expand your lungs. I don't know if you are supposed to expend your belly, I don't feel the neccesity of it, I can fill my lungs from bottom to top, without expending the belly.

Imagine you fill the bottle with water and first it goes to the bottom of it and slowly filling it to the top.

This is the same with inhale in this exercise. Inhale by filling lower part of the lungs - pushing your belly out.

And with the exhale the same how you would spill the water from the bottle out by pushing it’s bottom side.

Exhale by pulling your belly in, so breath would come out from your lower part of the lungs mostly, and end breath to blow out what is left.

In full exercise all this looks like you making wave motion with your belly you know. Pushing out bottom, then pulling it in. Like in belly dance but in slow motion.

While sitting or standing, inhale through your nose until your lungs are full. Hold your breath for at least 5 seconds then slowly exhale until your lungs are empty. While inhaling you should feel your stomach pushing outward and while exhaling you should feel your stomach deflating.
