"Towards the end of this period, I felt an irresistible urge to write in verse. This urge culminated in a little book of poetry, written in nine languages, four of which were unknown to me. I had never written a single line of poetry in my life and, under normal conditions, I was incapable of writing a few lines in rhyme and meter, even though it had taken me days of effort.
Now, however, I found that finished lines of poetry, whole paragraphs, even complete poems, came to me in a gush, as if emerging from the surrounding gaps. Sometimes I found it difficult to put it all down on paper, so quickly was the flow captured."

"I have been led to the conclusion that Kundalini is the source of inspiration when I compare the creative process in myself with that reported by other writers, poets, painters, musicians and the rest. I usually write with full awareness, evaluating each word that flashes through my mind before writing it down. However, the material comes effortlessly, sentence after sentence, passage after passage or line after line of poetry, usually rhyming. It's as if sentences, pairs of verses or complete quatrains, already formed, float before my mind in order to be recorded."
