Question #2211: Talking with The Gods

I want to talk with my GD but I don't know who He or She is, so I can't use a sigil yet. I know it's possible but I feel discouraged while trying to because I don't really know how to proceed. Usually what I do is before sleep, while laying in my bed I simply say in my mind "My Guardian Demon" and then proceed with what I want to say to Him/Her. Is there anything to do besides, or is the procedure correct? Usually while saying Guardian Demon, I kneel in my bed (I don't do it on the floor because of severe germofobia, There are lots of cockroaches in my home). While I talk I fumble on words, like a mental stutter, repeating myself, and forgetting parts of the story (I don't know another word to explain it, I mean personal experiences haunts me and so on) and bringing up later, not having a straight forward narrative.

I tried to search the forums but didn't find something, I didn't research a lot, I am sorry about that its because my mind state is very fucked up lately, while going thru the forums I have intense feelings, I don't know why yet, lately I feel very bad.

You can write, for example, on a piece of paper what you would like to tell to your GD and do a ritual to Satan if the presented conversation technique is uncomfortable for you.

What you are doing is fine, don't get discouraged. They are guiding you, regardless of this. You can ask Satan to pass on the message to your GD and/or help you find them.

In addition to the advice given, I would strongly recommend to clean your floors, your home, and disinfect to get rid of the cockroaches. This isn't good for your mental health either, to live in filth.

Always take the garbage out daily, use a good cleaner throughout, mop a few times a week, sweep thoroughly to prevent crumbs and other pieces of food, etc. Disinfect the areas they come in, which are windowsills and under the doors.

You can focus on Satan's sigil and tell him, that you want to talk with your GD, and now what you say, you say it to your GD.
You don't need to know their name yet, as you can always talk to them like this.

If one of you does not know your exact birth time you can always go to the City Council or the Civil Registry of your city and ask for a birth certificate, I find out of mine in that way.
