Since the last 6 months ,,I had been on extreme dieting ..physical activity for atleast 1-2 hours ,yet my body has NOT lost even 5 kgs of weight ..I do not know why I am this unlucky that despite of trying hard as well also ,there is very meagre change ..plz anyone tell me what should I do reduce atleast 20Kgs within 2 years

Think of it this way, muscle is a lot heavier than fat. If you have a piece of fat and a piece of muscle that are the same size, the muscle will be much heavier. If you are doing very difficult exercises you are most likely creating a lot of new muscles which will be heavy and make it look like the weight is not changing much, but fat is being removed and replaced with muscle.

I recommend to eat less sugar. A small amount is good for most people to have, but most people eat far too much of it.

Ol argedco luciftias gave you a good hint. It is also possible that your diet (e.g. not including hidden calories) and exercise (e.g. lack of variety) are not properly suited to what you would like to achieve.

You can consult specialists who can help you choose the right diet and set of exercises.

If your soul's yang energies are low, then it will be harder for your to lose weight. Physical activity helps a lot in regards to maintaining your yang energies, so don't be discouraged about this.

To lose weight, you need vitality. It is more about improving your health, rather than simply shedding and destroying something. In this sense, it can take time, nor should your only measure be simply how you differ in pounds.

I suggest you should try going to a nutritionist.
I personally always use a nutritionist for diets. Its not expensive or hard at all. They have studied this and know very well about it.It has always worked for everyone I know.

How you diet requires a lot of knowledge and experince they can provide for you.

You could hire professionals (nutritionists and personal trainers) who know your personal physical condition to work out a proper diet and training programme for you to lose weight and gain muscle mass.

The progress you have, you shouldn't only track with the scale, instead, try also measuring:

- The way you feel on a daily basis
- The way your body transformed, to see differences in the mirror
- The body fat percentage (this calculator uses the US Navy Method for calculating your body fat percentage as well as the muscle mass)
- The increase in energy
- The changes in your mood, you could feel more happy or energetic since you're moving your body daily.

And so on, of course. Things that improved in your life, but you were not able to track them with the scale, things that show you became healthier.
