Greetings,

To be honest, I am quite weary of the typical yoga practices. The trends are changing, and new meditations are being added to the library. I am enthusiastic about trying new things, and these changes excite me.

However, I have noticed (or perhaps failed to notice) that we have been practising the same forms of yoga for years (such as Hatha, Kundalini, etc.).
Consequently, I have decided to begin practising Qigong, but I have struggled to find reliable sources. There are only a few videos available on YouTube.
I would be most grateful if you could share some good and basic Qigong resources with me.

Thank you in advance.

Hey!! You can view these posts and website for a great selection of yogas:

I hope these help!!

The 2 I've done a lot of are the 5 Elements and the 8 Brocades.

5 Elements:

8 Brocades:

HPS Lydia stated she has practiced both of these as well. Also, HP Cobra said he tried qigong from Lee Holden posted above, and that they were effective at generating vril.

As Black Book wrote above, I've posted about Qigong before. The videos he linked, along with Lee Holden. You can get Lee Holden's 20 minute morning and night routines on youtube (posted below), plus a lot more. He posted a video to help with covid, which I did when I had it, and it definitely helped.

I did Qigong a lot in the past, and it fixed parts of my soul. I highly recommend it, and still do it on occasion. I've also tried Tai Chi, also effective.
