Prana

Is prana (breathing techniques) known to alleviate anxiety?

From experience I feel like this is the case. The Square/Triangle etc breathing has done a good job to calm me down at the spot and at the moment where the situation gave me anxiety while things like yoga and meditation has helped me in reaching Zen mode in the first place. I want to share these breathing techniques with someone who's into spirituality (without) and is suffering from anxiety from time to time as I used to be but first I want to double check with members and read any opinions.

Aside from that this person needs to face their own problems to help cure the anxiety and they acknowledged this way works I also want to give some advice on what they can do to help in the their process so I'll be copy and pasting and sharing this post to that them as well.

Anxiety can be because of substances like drugs, "not being true to yourself" or attacks. For attacks when it apears do the aura cleaning thoroughly and see if it disappears. And about "not being true to yourself" try and search stuffs what you do and may be you don't want to do that truly, i also had anxiety it was very unpleasant and after a time i did a working to heal the anxiety but in the end it wasn't an illness but a sign that i'm doing something wrong, i searched on internet what are the causes of anxiety and wifi was one of them, it made sense to me because after some time i got the wifi i also got anxiety so i tried to see if it's because of the wifi, i turned it off and after some time the anxiety was gone then i wasn't sure and i turned if on and then the anxiety appeared again then i broke the damn wifi and it stopped again for good. Now i have a wifi but it's always off except i just use it if i need to download some big file sizes or apps on the phone, so now for a long time i don't have anxiety anymore but there where a few times but they where just psychic/spiritual attacks and a mix with some substances. So i know now that i want to live a healthy life and the electromagnetic field of the wifi is not healthy because it destroys the dna of the body, maybe not for advanced SS but for normies or newbies it can.

You can also tell them about P.M.R. or Progressive Muscle Relaxation techniques. Yoga does it in a degree of stretching. PMR are seated stretches of the limbs, body, and head/face. To reduce and alleviate such symptoms. They are useful but PMR can become annoying if your not wanting to spend time doing it. As it requires doing for a few minutes at least once a day to twice a day. Many state they don't have time to exercise, yoga, or PMR, or are busy doing other things. You gotta find time for it.

It can be useful as a mini-yoga type exercise. But it's completely seated.

It is useful for relaxing the mind, anxiety, trying to enter a trance. Some astral projection techniques rely on PMR and relaxation to alter the mind and produce the projection with exercises.

I've done it before, I don't know about eliminating anxiety in a personal as I don't deal with that. But when I did it you do feel more relaxed. At least the stretching is releasing substances.

In essence PMR is another method to stress the body i.e. healthy stressors for the physical vessel not unlike Yoga or Exercise. It's meant to ground/center the person in a physicalized way.

The "not being true to yourself" is definitely what I was getting at too. It seems this person is now doing some "soul searching" and facing themselves as we know most people nowadays do their best to avoid "seeing themselves in the mirror". It's very obvious this is a big problem for whoever is like that.

I don't mean to be rude as I do appreciate the response and agree with the first part you wrote but I have to disagree with the Wi-Fi thing you said. I heard some fake natty body builder who was outed for using steroids say the something similar about Wi-Fi. I'm sure strong enough waves do affect people but for modern Wi-Fi signals to be the sole reason of anyone's anxiety or even an attribution to it seems like an extraordinary claim and I have never seen any extraordinary evidence proving any of it to be the case.

I recommend looking more into yourself to see where exactly you may have problems coming from and also think why you decided to convince yourself of the Wi-Fi thing.

Unless you do have some legitimate sources of this which would be very ideal to share in case me and anyone else are just ignorant on this subject.

Thank bro, will look into it
