Please help me with this problem. (About meditation.)

Hello brothers and sisters. I have been SS for a few years. I dedicated at a young age. But I made some mistakes. I was childish, I distanced myself from the gods. I still make mistakes because of ignorance, but I am trying to improve myself. I started meditating again. I am experiencing the same problems I had before while meditating.

Unfortunately, I have made it a habit to ask the question "Do I use gray suns while doing aura cleaning?" It has become an obsession. It makes me think as if I am inhaling gray energy from the suns.
(I am also afraid of gray objects for this reason.)

As you know, we say the affirmation nine times while doing a aura protection. Bad sentences come to my mind during this time. "I have X disease. I am experiencing Y problem." etc.

I also unintentionally close my chakras while doing any meditation related to chakras. Those 'doors' come before my eyes and close on their own. This closing problem has been going on for a few days.

What can I do about this? Are there any practices that you know will remove these thoughts?

First, believe me, you worrying about this issue is doing more than the issue itself.
This is a simple case of your mind running a bit wild during meditation.
For many who are new to meditation, the act of sitting by yourself with your thoughts is something you didn't do often. And since we're used to distractions so much, our own mind is foreign to us. One of the goals of meditation is to fix that.

Obviously, you most likely aren't being "attacked" in any way, and your worries are just that, worries. As you get better, you will visualize suns brighter, more vivid and full of lively light, and better visualization will have better results.

As for when affirming, your actual affirmations intended to be affirmations are what matters. As you do it more, it gets easier not to have those thoughts.
Some don't even experience this issue of intrusive thoughts when meditating. I personally didn't. Some do. But I've certainly seen people who first struggled with this have it progressively get better as they practice.

I also recommend Void Meditation somewhere in your schedule, if not daily at first.

You are dedicated to Lord Satan and setting up an aura of pprotection. This makes you more protected than the average person. Your thoughts telling you otherwise are just that, thoughts. Let them pass.

Worrying about them too much will cause you more anxiety and trouble for no reason.
 
You have touch
The road is extremely long.
First do yoga and learn basic meditations such as simply sitting and focusing on the present, or breathing.
Your agonizing mental state should not be ignored, it can become bearable.
This mind is yours and yours alone, you're not going to create another one out of thin air.
Accept it and learn to use it in the way that makes you happy, calm, and feel good about doing things the way you wanted to do them.
