Pitta types yoga kundalini and cleansing with solar mantras

Hi, do you think that for someone of pitta type, cleansing with solar mantras might be unbalancing in the long run? Do you know of more balanced mantras to use for a pitta type? Only visuddhi comes to mind.
Yoga Kundalini, could it not also bring imbalance?
