Opening the Soul. Which one is most correct/effective?

I have decided to focus intently on opening the soul/chakra meditations, I am recovering from a spiritual burn out and wish to remedy myself.
I went to Satan's Library and downloaded the PDF for opening the soul, and I noticed the vibrations for the chakras differ from those found in the JOS Meditations page. I discovered this after printing out the meditations found in the Satan's Library.
For example the vibration given from the library PDF instructs one to vibrate THOTH for the third eye, while on the JOS site, the instructions are THAUM.
On the throat chakra, my Satan's Library printout instructs me to vibrate Nebo, while the JOS Meditations page says to vibrate HAUM.
I wanted to ask more advanced members or clergy which is correct? The Satan's Library version or JOS Meditations page version? Also, if they are both correct, which is more effective? I would assume that the JOS Meditations page is more recent and updated than the PDF from Satan's Library.

The ones that ends in "AUM" should be the newer ones. I'm using It and it's working great!

From what I remember, the vibrations with HAUM, THAUM, etc. are the ones up to date. There's nothing wrong with using the previous ones, it's just that the HAUM one is more powerful. And from my personal experience, it is.

You can try one or the other, see which one feels right for you.

You are correct. The JOS meditation page has the most up-to-date meditations. THAUM is more powerful than THOTH for your third eye, for instance.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I will be sure to update my printout with the more recent vibrations from JOS Meditations.
I have previously done the updated vibrations and have felt how effective and powerful they are. I will continue to use them, I never read the JOS PDF until recently and wanted to be sure of the difference in vibrations. I'm trying to amass a collection of JOS material in hard copy form, as my Internet coverage where I live is spotty, and I also like physical copies of things. I'm currently writing the Futhark Odin and Runes page from JOS into my own personal sketch book also.

"THAUM" is the mantra for the 6th chakra.

A great meditation for the chakras is to start at the crown chakra with AUM and progress down to the base chakra, then back up again. I do this back-and-forth until I sense they are unblocked and empowered.

2 chakra -> VAUM
3 chakra -> RAUM (rolled R)
4 chakra -> AUM
5 chakra -> HAUM
6 chakra -> YAUM
7 chakra -> MAUM
3rd Eye -> THAUM
Pineal Gland -> GAUM (also in King and Quee. Meditation)

Yeah, sorry, got that mixed up. Meant to say YAUM is for 6th chakra, YAUM is 3rd eye.
I do GAUM for pineal gland, but will take a look at king and queen meditation.

THAUM is for 3rd eye. I've turned off predictive typing on my keyboard (causing spelling mistakes).
