i'm aman
a 19 year old
from india
i've just started doing the meditations
i've been doing the breathing exersizes(the 4 techniques) for over 6 days now
and the energy breathing exersize(foundation meditation) for over 3 weeks.
i'm not sure if i'm doing it correct.
since the day i started, i used to feel my body a little sore like after you do some heavy work
slowly the feeling reduced now its less and i feel my body a little lighter(hope its not something wrong)
when i started the foundation exersize, i could easily get the feel for the energy and after i also started the breathing exersizes, when i did the energy breathing after breathing exersize for 1st two days i could feeel energy entering me with a huge pressure like a black hole
slowly it has reduced to a state that now when i breathe in energy, i feel only like a slight breeze(like when u breathe in air its just a slight feeling--similarly i now get just a slight feeling for energy) although i feel more relaxed everytime i breathe in energy
am i doing something wrong?
and am i ready for next step ?
if yes then what should i start now?
and what is the ideal situation to do meditation(time/place/environment)??
and it'll be a real help if someone could guide me over the messenger or someone who's adapt living closeby so that we could meet up and i could get some help (i live in chandigarh in punjab state, india)
