hi, I would like to start vibrating "munka" to free my soul. I have two questions: first of all I would like to ask: according to what I read on the site, in addition to munka, should I also vibrate "Uruz" or "ansuz"?
My second question is: according to what I read on the site it says that it must be done during the waning moon however it says not to interrupt it for 40 consecutive days, but, as we know, in between there are the other parts of the lunar cycle so what should I do?

Go with only one word of power. You can do one 40-day cycle, and then another later with another word of power.

Your second question, it is about when the working is begun. Start it during a waning moon, then continue for 40 days. We have dates marked on our SS Calendar for beginning freeing the soul workings, coming up next week in fact
