Most deadly element

I usually evoke the elements and try not to get in direct contact with them, but you can still feel them even when you evoke. Yesterday, I decided to invoke the 7 breaths of the earth element, and my heart nearly stopped beating. I immediately spammed the air element, but my heart rate remained slow even after two days. I was damn lucky, and I feel good now there's no physical damage. People who say "fire is the most dangerous element" probably don't have any experience with the earth element. It literally crushes your entire body. My invoking breaths were intense, though. I realized that the amount of energy, elemental energy per breath increases over time, and you can't rely on your breath count after a certain level of advancement. Experiences are individual not everyone experiences the same thing.

I didn't find any information about this side effect of the earth element in forums, so I decided to post this article to prevent anyone from getting hurt.

Why do I do these experiments? Am I stupid? No, I’ve seen amazing results from this kind of work, which is why I’m digging deeper. Sometimes the outcome manifests immediately after the working, and I don't have to perform a 2-hour ritual every day for 40 days to see results.

All elements can be deadly. But the earth element is responsible for the death and aging of our soul.

According to alchemical work, work with the elements (advanced), is necessary to make the chakras immune to these effects. Turning “Lead” into “Gold.”

I'm no great authority on the Elements, but HP

I'm no great authority on the Elements (seldomly use them), and I'm not about discouraging people to "experiment" with occult workings, but HPS Maxine stated a warning in working the Elements. It is known to do serious harm to the unwary novice, and if you're experimenting, then beware of the risks. Use the search function to read other members experiences with them.

HPS Maxine stated a warning in working the Elements.

But then there's an addendum to that in the meditations page...

Opposed to the plethora of warnings in the older meditation texts, one should gradually build their tolerance to the elements. We have found these warnings to have no more credibility than the "three-fold" crap.

I don't understand why elemental invocation keeps being stated as highly advanced and potentially dangerous while the above statement is there.

I guess I should say I do understand you're not supposed to do 100 breaths of fire while you're new and build up tolerance yada yada... but otherwise, invocation is nothing to be afraid of and avoid doing at all, even if you're new.

Doing it properly enough in the first place to will take some practice, anyways.

Sorry you had a bad experience, OP. Maybe you're too skilled at invocation for your own good?

It's a lot harder for me to feel like my breaths are intense. Maybe that and not overdoing it is why I feel safe with invocation.

As I said, I'm no great authority, but it looks pretty clear to me that you've got to build up to it, like so many other things in life physically/spiritually.
