A Republican Senator, Hawley has introduced a new law that would remove the 230 protections from the big tech companies. These are the protections that allow the censorship regime, the regulations that would come into existence under this new law would protect peoples Freedom of Speech and hold the tech companies accountable. Meaning the censorship would be over. Trump's speech announcing his 2020 campaign also mentioned the censorship problem as well.

The situation is with the Vox purge is it was actually not Vox, they where the front. It was a corporate group called The Trust, run by a Jew, who was working with other Jewish billionaires, one of which is a supporter of Chabad, also the ADL which is the Bnai Brith which is the top level of the Jewish power structure which is run by the Rothschild's. The censorship regime is the Jews attempting to silence all speech that does not conform to the Jewish agenda. You can't have a racial-religious cult that calls all non-Jews, "Goyim" meaning animals and then have Jews respect the human rights of non-Jews, whom they don't even consider human.

Then they said the internet providers plan on making a person sign in and identify themselves to provide details to prove they're over 18 to view certain material.

I was annoyed because how big brother can you get. They want to identify you to prove your age. And then watch your every move on the Internet.

That's taking freedoms away because if you choose to look at something questionable. Well then they will have a database and some dirt on you.

As it is some companies have strict social media policies for their staff. And I know of people having got into bother for posting things the company saw and didn't approve of.

And even people's colleagues have shopped other workers for things they saw someone posted.

With no anonymity on the Internet you've got no freedom.

And I believe people are mostly freedom loving. So big tech companies can bugger off. The Internet belongs to the people it's our content and creativity.

I haven't been following that, but someone told me that you're "allowed" now, so it must have not gone through. Such a firewall wouldn't work, anyway.
