Lower Dantian

I was wondering, is the lower Dantian the only Dantian? The middle one corresponds to the heart chakra and the upper one to the sixth chakra.

In relation to the lower Dantian, it has been written about the relationship between Fire and Water (Sun chakra and Mars chakra) The Mars chakra is facing up and the Fire chakra is facing down - and in between the two is the lower Dantian.

I believe that in Mercaba meditation, when the energy needs to be breathed, this is where the concentration happens. And this energy is then directed to the Sun chakra and then expanded.

It's certainly an important energy center. In the old Japanese medical and martial arts tradition, this place is called "hara". Anyone who studies Japanese martial arts has probably come across it. They say that this is where the power comes from (which then manifests itself physically, for example in a punch)

I also think it's possible that in a sense, this is the place of the Inner Fire and it has to do with the production of sexual energy.

The 3rd eye circuit also manifests extremely powerful energy, cold and airy. The heart chakra as well, the front extension a little bit up on the stern is also a center that exhales extremely cold, ice energy that paralyzes and is extremely powerful. This energy can extend in the shoulders. The above energy from the head can be met in the heart for it to be discharged in the Solar while the male elixir rises up from the boiling sacral. The two when meeting produces extraordinary manifestations and feelings - that I assume as never got to meet them at the same time. There is a cycle in the body, when one is opening the other is closed. I think the light body is key in unionizing or at least starting these processes at the same time with the Serpentine energy.

The back of the heart chakra is hot, the front ice. The back of the heart chakra is rising upwards, the front downwards. The back of the lower abdomen thunders or is magnetized upwards (not like rising normally, only the spine), the front is downwards. But when sexual energy rises, it can change polarities. (in my opinion, because they join in a stream, or sometimes particularize in a certain spot of the body, for example, the back with the serpentine energy rises and feels like your back is ready to take off and fly away from your body.).

Also, that spot is activated only after the energy is built up, refined, and in a sense, stabilized and in harmony for it to become one part magnetic and the other one electric, creating a link and bolt inside the solar chakra (there are points on the solar, 2 fingers in between, that have a bolt of an electric discharge between themselves) and in turn, it communicates with the sacral, that has been fueled by the base. The lower is magnetic while the upper is electric. The base chakra does fuel the sacral by the magnetic proprieties of the hips, which regulate the energy and creates the disk of fire ( those who meditated maybe experienced the round disk of expansion and contraction from the breath of fire or related energy there) at the base of chakra. The bigger the field and input, the better it fires up the energies to be further processed.

The activation happens on EXHALE, after inhaling and retaining, the exhale ignites the expansion on the structure of Yogic breath. This can happen also at night when the soul opens. This is separate from the light body and the feelings of vibrations or chakra rhythm. This energy is physical, and normies can feel it, and it can also affect electronics and related when powerful, also it is harmful to animals without care if you touch them.

The Dantian are cauldrons, places in the soul where the elixir is secreted or mixed.

So, the upper dantian is rightfully the pineal gland, where the female part of the elixir is secreted. The lower dantian is the sacral chakra, where the male part of the elixir is produced. The middle dantian is NOT the chest/middle chakra but the solar plexus chakra, where both parts of the elixir are collected and mixed.
