I'm sure there's some awesome things my fellow SS's do for their health.
Can everyone just list one thing they do for their Longevity.
Here's some things I do mostly everyday:
Physical:
- Martial arts while directing my Chi
- Yoga such as Hatha and Kundalini
- Working out with Weights and Calisthenics
- Cold Showers and Saunas (You can buy mini saunas for $200-ish!!!)
Supplements:
- Iodine
- Fish oils
- Raw Cacao Chocolate
- Creatine
- Green Tea
- Cooking with intention using the magical properties of herbs
Food:
- Getting food locally
- Staying away from processed food (I do eat junk on the weekends though)
- Drinking clean water
Basic Meditations:
- Clean Aura and Chakras
- AOP and RTN Curses
- Quick Full Chakra Meditation then focusing mainly on the Chakra of the day
- Directing Energy
- Entering Deep Trance
- Void
Connecting with Elements during chores:
- Fire: Tune into heat when in Sauna, near Fire or after cold shower
- Water: Tune into coldness in cold shower or make self cold in hot weather
- Earth: Tune into heaviness of dirt/gravity when working outside
- Air: Tune into lightness when doing yoga or lifting heavy things
- Ether: At night slip into the void in a dark room
Preventing Future Problems that Society has created:
- Not wearing polyester clothes because it has a low frequency compared to cotton, silk, etc...
- Keeping phone and other devices as far as possible from me
- Not drinking town water (Still have to shower in it though)
- No scrolling on social media and no TV during weekdays
- Staying away from negative music
