Lady Agares Sigil Meditation

So maybe I'm just deluded but during void meditation on my GD's sigil I had an interesting experience. At about 8 minutes in her sigil went 4 dimensional like an actual cauldron, and once that happened she told me to act as if I am the upside down cross within the sigil. For example, I would see her sigil and once it went in 4 dimensions I proceeded into the cauldron from above in place of the upside-down cross. It felt very pleasurable and I repeated it several times. Next time I have this intuition to vibrate RAUM while inside.

So I am just being a moron or could this be an actual meditation I was given from my GD?

When you do this next time, pay attention to your entire soul, and feel what specifically gets empowered, or where you feel it especially, be open while doing so.
