ISA for empowering focus and void?

I'm doing daily 15-20 mins of void but only for 2-3 minutes I can focus on SaTaNaMa or shut my mind. I want to use ISA rune for a quiet mind and empower my focus ability. Do you have any addings? And is this rune secure to use for positive goals?

The ISA rune is safe. Just do it with some positive affirmations, like this one:
,, The energies of Rune ISA quiet my mind so that I can focus when I meditate in the most beneficial and healthy ways for me.''

I wouldn't advise you to do this. Isa is known for making someone dull, lazy or slower in their usual activities when applied repeatedly. I think it's best to just keep doing void meditation. I have a lot of air in my chart and it took many months to be able to clear my mind completely at will. The mind learns to do something quicker the more you repeat it. I remember when I was practicing trances and it would take hours to get into one. Over a month of practice, just lying down and clearing my mind would get me into a deep trance, sometimes to where I would hear my bioelectricity (a loud buzz) or almost Astral project. I even stopped practicing trances for a while because I was getting into them every time I slept or took a nap without even trying. You need to be patient with yourself and trust that the daily practice is building something bigger.

The dhyani mudra was also suggested years ago to be good for helping clear the mind. You can Google the pictures.

It is! i just tried it out sitting here...i could void almost instantly...then at the end i felt pressure in my brow region. When i read that it stimulates the Ida and Pingla Nadis i figured out why :)
 
The only thing I would use Isa rune on is an emergency an example being something like panic attacks or extreme spiritual attack at an inopportune time or place such as driving or something or anything like this it can help still the mind in emergencies but other than that.

It's energy can lead to depression if used too much.
It can dull the senses and emotions if overused.
It can lead to being slow in action or laziness/indecisiveness or lack of motivation. Ice slows down and freezes.

It is more of a rune for bindings or curses on others and other things not yourself.

It is not something to use every day or all the time on yourself for this reason.

When talked about it is only ever suggested in an emergency for getting control of the mind like the kind of thing I said above. In that case don't be afraid to use it though.

The sun moon breath. Sa ta na ma invoking the element of earth or vibrating privithi Pree-vee-thee (the word for earth) and void meditation are all things that are more helpful.

I would also suggest doing a search on this forum for ISA rune I could have sworn I saw this kind of question a couple other times. Maybe there are some useful answers in those threads as well for you.

Wow, thanks for sharing this sister! I find it a very pleasant mudra. Anytime I'm doing void meditation I automatically hold the dhyani mudra.

Wow, thanks for sharing this sister! I find it a very pleasant mudra. Anytime I'm doing void meditation I automatically hold the dhyani mudra.
