Is this the sign of Kundalini being activated ?

Hello. A few minutes ago I was doing ansuz rune to free the Saturn part of my soul and the base chakra from negative energy. Right after the working I started doing affirmations , visualization and when I started concentrating on my base chakra I started feeling heat gradually spreading all over my body. It was really intense. To be honest I've never felt anything like this before and at some point I was even afraid that something would happen to me, like something inside my body will blow up. I feel like my fear hindered this process somehow.

Any time you're doing something spiritual and start to feel fear, visualize the sigil of Satan or your GD and ask them for guidance.

And keep in mind that activating the Kundalini does not necessarily mean it's about to rise. It can still take some years, so don't worry that things are going to fast.

And also, I'd like to ask you a question if you don't mind. In JOS astrology pdf I have read something about the chart ruler by HP Maxine . She writes that if someone's Saturn is in a negative aspect to your chart ruler, then you must avoid any type of relationship with the person at all costs. How accurate do you think that is? The reason I'm asking this is because I often meet girls whose Saturn negatively aspects my chart ruler. I don't know if it's some sort of karma that life is throwing at me or something else. I'm concerned because I don't want to poison my life by getting involved in relationships which are full of hardships.

I've also seen different astrologers expressing different views in this regard. For example , some of them say that moon conjunct/opposite or square Saturn in synastry is 100% doomed. And others say that moon opposite Saturn can actually be pretty good , especially if the moon is in Capricorn.

HPS Maxine had clarified after, that it acts differently between SS, not as problematic. As for non-SS, it depends. From what I've observed, there are always some problems, but not necessarily entirely bad.

So my advice is to always be alert as to how it can play out, but with conscious effort and perhaps magickal workings if needed, then it won't be majorly problematic, perhaps just a few obstacles that can be dealt with.
