Hi guys

Is there a way to open up the nostrils for good, like permanently increase airflow, so we can do breathwork better?

Also any short term fixes also?

Depending on the cause there are surgical ways. A septum deviation can be surgically removed. Large nose turbinates can be reduced with a radio frequency procedure. I am also doing some investigations. Low breathing capacity can give an overall tiredness that impedes all aspects of life.

Yeah, it called rhinoplasty.

Should they be both opened up for good? Or should they have their natural cycle (if this is what you're referring to): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasal_cycle
Personally I don't know.

Free positive gold colored energy energy could be programmed with, "In a positive manner for me, this energy is decongesting my nasal cavity".

If they are closed they are closed for a reason, the body doesn't close them if the air that you breathe is clean and doesn't contain something that is harmful to the body. Like in case of allergies. So if in your situation the cause is allergies, you will need to heal it in some way or another, so that you can have the nostrils open all the time.

Septoplasty.

Also be aware of this procedure. There are many horror stories about doctors ripping the turbinates out, destroying the nose, making people unable to breathe properly or even 'feel' breath which is like living torture. Doctors do not fully understand the nose and how it works.

A deviated septum does not interfere whatsoever with Sun-Moon nostrils, unless the nostril is totally closed off and unable to get any air in. A nasal spray still may benefit here.

It depends on what it is caused by. Some things would require a far bigger amount of energy than others.

For a short term, you can try with your thumb and pointing finger to lift up your two nostril. Like you put it slightly in, and push upwards. There are also mudras that can improve, and ease your breathing, so search for it, and find out which you find better. Yes you should also make sure that you are breathing fresh air.

Instead of risking surgical complications, there are many natural and herbal methods to increase air flow through the nostrils.
