Is There Any Connection Between Limits and Feeling?

One year ago, I wasn't meditating but I was dedicated, so I decided to do RTR. When I raising my energies, I remember clearly that I shook.

Moving to another memory, I started to do meditation, it was like 1 hour or more per day. Also I was invoking earth but strangely I could do it more than 7 breaths, even 11. But then I thought "I can't invoke properly, so it's not like I take 11 breaths of earth."

Recently I had workings and reduced my meditations to 30 minutes. When invoking energy or an element, I really felt it or doing chakra workings, I felt they are burning. But today I started again to work on my light body, vibrated several runes and mantras to it and result: no feeling. Several days ago when invoking energies I had a strong feeling, my chakras were on fire, but now all of these faded.

Is it because of my energy limit boosted and therefore I feel less? I really tried to feel but didn't work.

We adapt to the levels of energy , i think that is the cause, as you lift weights, today 5kg feels like impossible, and after 1year 5kg is like nothing.

When empowered our chakras are adapted to more and more energy and u need more to empower them to new levels , lower the level =easier to empower and make them feel burning to say it like that.

I also had moments when i felt like my chakras are burning and next day not even close. They are complex things, they heal and change when empowered , this may be also a reason.

Just keep going with the meditations , even if the reason is that you don t put enough energy in them to make them burn, they get stronger little by little , step by step , with or without the burning feeling

Hey hooded. Do I have to keep doing the opening of the soul on my chakras ? I feel as if I'm not doing it to my fullest ability. I know it takes a while to feel anything, so should I keep going or what ?
The opening meditations can be repeated. At first, you will feel stimulation and goosebumps, which are good indicators you are starting to open up the channels. You also need to really clean them to see any progress, on a daily basis, sometimes as much as three times a day, as negative energy can keep them closed strongly.

You need to be patient with this. This in some cases may take years or months. After your chakras are open (you will feel it when you work on them) then you have to work on them on a daily basis to keep them open and healthy.

Deep down in advancement you will not have to work on them daily to keep them open, they will be open, but you will also need to occassionally re-supply them, clean them and empower them.

From this sermon

Also, make sure you are not overdoing it. On the same sermon I gave above, it states that:

Over watering also may not help, and similarly may drown a flower(chakra), so one has to be progressive on how much water they put on a flower.

As such I have said in the past for people to pace themselves and not be extremely worried. At first one needs a little glass of water, then two glasses, then three, what is important is to give the plant what is necessary to it's season and it's appetites, and not falsely assume that by putting more water or even fertilizer one will get a stronger plant, as this is not the case. One may drown the plant, and be forced back to square one.

The good news is that the watering and cleaning really doesn't take a lot of time or a lot of effort, after a point. Just a few minutes do suffice. There is nothing heavily laborious here. Just a habit you need to have. As you wash your face in the morning, so you wash your chakras.

It's best to lay out a meditation schedule in order to empower them two times daily. Some would do it in the morning and night, while mine is afternoon and night because I'm usually the one tidying up the house at morning.

Also, just in case, make sure you are also not meditating late at night instead of sleeping. What I mean here is that if you're already visibly tired from staying up late, yet you insist to do your meditations, do it tomorrow. Keeping a meditation schedule would fix this.

Thanks for answer. I don't over-do it, and keeping them clean. Daily meditation routine just takes 1 hour, it is not much, actually, a little bit low.

As for my question, I tried it and understood that's why. When I push the limits, I feel again. For an example, yesterday I drawn energy from Sun. First 30 breaths didn't give me any feelings. But last 6 breaths were fine, I felt the energy.
