Is St. John's Wort considered a medication?

Hello, I noticed the JoS site advises not to do any of the power meditations if one experiences seizures/epilepsy, or if one is taking any psychiatric medication that affects the brain.

So I ask, is St. John's Wort considered a psychiatric medication, or a substance effecting the brain; that upon taking, disallows one to perform the power meditations?

No. You can still do power meditations!
