First i relax by doing the (complete yoga breath exercise) then i try to still my mind and focus inside my body using (void meditation) ,after that i do the (foundation meditation) ,then i (visualise my chakras) and focus on each one while affirming that they are open and powerfull in a positive way forever, then i end my meditation session with (aura cleansing) and (aura of protection).
Note i cant do anything that countain mantras or runes because….its obvious i live in muslim environment.
