Is my meditation program ok ?

First i relax by doing the (complete yoga breath exercise) then i try to still my mind and focus inside my body using (void meditation) ,after that i do the (foundation meditation) ,then i (visualise my chakras) and focus on each one while affirming that they are open and powerfull in a positive way forever, then i end my meditation session with (aura cleansing) and (aura of protection).

Note i cant do anything that countain mantras or runes because….its obvious i live in muslim environment.
 
It's okay, you could also do physical yoga. And you'll see how you can upgrade this in the future but it's a good starting point.
 
I agree with AFODO. Try to incorporate Hatha and Kundalini Yoga (without the mantras) as you build up, as this will help raise your energies. High Priestess Maxine mentioned once that the "Basic Spinal Energy series" in Kundalini Yoga can be done sitting in a chair. Also, Pranayama exercises could help. I find the Sun/Moon alternate nostril breath raises my energy a lot. I would also advise you to consider practicing towards Astral Projection. This will take time, but it could be a game changer in terms of opening up your psychic senses considering you aren't able to use mantras.

You don't have to overload yourself with too much as you begin though, as you don't want to burn out.

Otherwise, your Meditation program above is a really good start.
