Is going to bed after midnight regularly safe ?

I've read plenty of articles on the internet and it seems like there is no consensus on this. Is this individual or going to bed at 10-11 p.m is a must for everyone to maintain good physical and mental health ?

It is most optimal for health due to circadian rhythm.
 
I can speak from experience I feel like absolute garbage when I go to bed past midnight. It's hard to wake up the next day and be positive, I struggle to do any meditations or rituals before work if I wake up still tired from lack of sleep. I also however have to wake up early for work. Not everyone does, Just make sure if anything you are getting enough sleep to function without outside sources like caffeine. Not that I am against coffee I drink it myself, but we shouldn't be crippling ourselves in having to get through our day like this. Caffeine should be a special treat when we need it, not a crutch. Too much of it causes insomnia and makes sleeping at night a challenge as it is. We should be getting adequate sleep so that we can tackle the day with enough energy from ourselves alone. Eating healthy and sleeping well can solve many of the issues that make you feel groggy, tired, and cranky. It's important.

You want your body's ability to recuperate and regenerate faster, so you end up needing less sleep. I've been successful in this to some degree.

Going to bed after midnight will drain someone if done consistently for a long time. Do your best to avoid this as it can come with yin deficiency and the development of other health issues over time.

A bedtime of 10 to 11pm is ideal for a maintaining health and adequate energy levels over time without creating a pattern that could lead to deficiencies.
 
We are built to sleep in the night and wake up and work in the day I've lived the opposite and you get nothing done then and feel groggy tired and get different mental ailments like negative thoughts trust me try you hardest to sleep in the night it's just like avoiding junk food and early sunrise is really good for health
