No, there isn't anything wrong but be careful as Elements cannot be paired like one element will be added and one will decrease.

For example, Fire ≠ Water and Earth ≠ Air.

So, if you are Air dominated, be careful with the Earth element and if you have Water dominance, be careful with the Fire element.

As a beginner yes, you need to give time to know your reactions, your proportions and from there to grow your practice and experience. If you are acquainted with these, do it in very little steps as combining elements is not a joke, if actually done properly.
