FRTR opens the Ren and Du meridian/nadi channel around the body, like Magestein stated. I believe it does because the post was approved, plus the RTR is unbinding. So, this channel is when you touch your tongue above your front teeth, where the gums meet the teeth at the pallet. It connects a circuit from the front to the back of the body. This plausibly makes acupressure and mudras for health more powerful.
I also find that using something sharp like scissors or a knife to poke the acupressure point, until you feel discomfort, greatly helps. I get acupuncture semi-regularly, and for me (at least) it’s when you feel stinging followed by pressure, that a major release is occurring. It is too expensive to get more than twice a month, so I do acupressure. Invoke alasha for 11 breaths and program it by affirming three times that it balances your elements.
The five Ayurvedic elements (pancha bhutas) are aksaha/aether, water, fire, earth and air. The five TCM (Feng Shui) elements are metal, fire, water, wood and earth. Aether corresponds to metal and air corresponds to wood, as trees create oxygen. Doshas are the three elemental imbalances in Ayurveda, and dosha pathologies are governed by the rules of the Feng Shui/TCM. Vata dosha is an air/aether problem, as air detrimental to aether as metal (aether) chops wood (air) in Feng Shui; Pitta dosha is a fire/water problem, as water overruns fire in Feng Shui; Kapha dosha is a water/earth problem, as earth detrimentally fills water in Feng Shui.
