Intellectual benefits of meditations

Since I have been meditating consistently, over time, I have noticed these changes in me from an intellectual point of view.

I will admit that I have had extremely high IQ scores on various tests taken over the years, I was even told that they were "the highest". But meditation was even more useful in this respect.

The intellectual gifts of meditation I have found:
1) Greater general clarity of thought.
2) Greater sense of awareness of things, as if my opinions were being corrected.
3) Greater number of ideas, for example I have greatly improved my ability to argue my opinions.
4) Greater intuition on what to say and how to say it, understanding different contexts and situations.

Also, I don't know if it's related to intellect, but I can express myself better. Not as if my charisma had increased, but in the sense that I can finally bring out the things I have inside. And I have no social anxiety or fears of not being accepted for what I express, and yet I recognize when it is appropriate to limit myself, as if my sense of realism has grown too.

This is my experience, I would really like to hear yours too. I wanted to share this with you because it seemed right to promote meditation since I have always found it very pleasant. I am also much better psychologically and emotionally, but today I wanted to particularly express the intellectual side of these personal benefits.

PS I know there are scientific studies that show that those who meditate, even in a watered down way, have higher IQ scores.

I have also found myself being better able to express my thoughts, especially in arguments.

As for clarity, I have noticed that an idea/ belief/ thought may come to my mind, seemingly "out of the blue," which is intuitive from what I understand.

I have also found that I no longer feel insecure of what people might think of me or the things I express - but it took me quite a few years to reach that level. Everyone of us has our own strengths and weaknesses, so reaching one state may be quicker/ slower to some than others.

I had always been very emotional as a person, and I now understand the need to distance myself from certain ideas or "needs" (such as the one where you want to help the ones you love to an unhealthy degree), and I have also grown more mature in analyzing my own thoughts. I still have a long way to go, though.

In my opinion, meditation can definitely help us in these ways, but being out there and actually talking to different people and exchanging ideas can take us far on this subject, as well.

It is my own experience that the years I spent in isolation didn't help me intellectually, in spite of my meditating. Then, the more I talked, the more intuitive I became regarding my communication with
