We all know that Yoga is BEAUTIFUL and very HEALING.I cried after seeing this inspirational video and made me cry. During and after the video I thought about father Satan and one of his gifts to his children. Yoga!I felt like doing my Hatha yoga big time! Wow, that was amazing. I try to do yoga daily. I always wonder am I amcomplishing something, but this video showed me that I am making progress. What Satan and the Gods teach us truly shows that it teaches us to make a difference in our life.

Asana is an important part of this but not the whole part. I note people state "I do Yoga and meditation" they are really expressing confusion on their part. Tantra in English is "knowledge which spread saves." As Tra as a root word means denotes Liberation or salvation. Which occurs when the being is metaphysically perfected by the process of Yoga.  This knowledge comes down from the Puranic period which is the  Vedic wisdom. And here I thought I have it rough.Damn, my setbacks and problems seem like nothing compared to what this guy had to go through.Maybe I'm just getting lazy again...Anyway, thx a lot for that vid Shannon, it's a good watch And as HP Don mentioned, this is only one part of 8 Fold Path. Still, it did so much good. Imagine what would happen if that guy was actually practicing it whole.
Maybe I have to think my practice through and make neccessary changes (if any). Anyway, I needed my motivation up.
