I've been a sensitive person since a long time ago.
So, sometime it's better to sleep less than the recommended amount of sleep
There were quite a few.
Insomnia is mostly caused by a sensitive state of mind.
So I don't need to sleep
Should a person be obsessive about sleep?
I don't think so.
I try to be insensitive every day.
And people must to sleep for 7-8 hours every day?
I know this sleeping time is healthy
But sometimes I can't do this because
I can't sleep
Is it harmful to sleep less sometimes?
What do I think about sleep and what kind of attitude should I have?

Sleep is comparable to food for the brain and heart, 7/8 hours of sleep are very important as well as sleep hygiene and the time you start sleeping.

sensitive people have a more psychically sensitive heart and the heart governs sleep in TCM.

Meditation such as soul cleansing, trance and emptiness meditation are very helpful in improving the quality of sleep.

You could start a Sun square focused on improving your vitality or specifically your sleep cycle. See this thread for more information.

For sleep, an affirmation in this thread that would be useful is “The energy of the Sun has completely and permanently enhanced my body's ability to sleep and recuperate at a substantially faster rate, in the best way possible for me."

As the Sun doesn't enter a favorable sign until Novemeber (Sagittarius) you could start a mantra instead.

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Satan
