Wen Dan Pian is the same as Wen Dan Tang, the onoy difference is that Pian means large pill, Tang means decoction (broth) but most would be 'Wan' anyway which is teapill (small pills).

A Dosha test is Ayurvedic medicine, I specialise in Chinese medicine.

Before that person will register for the consultation, I'd like to hear your opinion is it worth of registering at all because conventional medicine says that is the hopeless case and nothing can be done to reverse it. I don't know much about the Chinese medicine and maybe you'll find that case not hopeless at all.
That person is an ex cocaine addict. The stuff what he sniffed per years was cut with Lidocaine. Apparently the Lidocaine did burn his nostrils and he has lost the sense of smell. I'd like to ask you is it possible or is there any chances to get the olfactory senses back or are they gone for good? If there are any chances he will book your consultation for the full price without any discount, that wouldn't be an issue at all.

Depending on the age of the client, it's possible that this condition could be somewhat reversed however the timeline could be quite long due to the nature of the trauma.

If the person is willing to commit to lifestyle changes for a long time period, ie in the order of ten years or more, then it's possible that they will have at least a partial return of their sense.

This is assuming the person is not past their 5th kidney cycle (40 for men, 35 for women) after which healing the body becomes much more difficult.

I suspect this system is a conglomeration of several, which can be useful but also difficult to learn, with all the different approaches.

I prefer to keep to one system and learn it completely, rather than using systems which have numerous influences, particularly if you are just starting out.

Thanks for the advice, It is a conglomeration, as thailand is in the center of eastern asia, surrounded by all sides it's influences have been stated to be from all, i'm already in too deep, and I feel it's meant to be, so I will continue, and will share what I learn as I go on.

I did go to a TCM doctor and she told me that I have alot of Phlegm inside of me and Spleen Qi deficiency. i got acupuncture and the herbal formula Si Jun Zi Tang. I did that for a few months but nothing really happend, so i stopped it because its very expensive. Right now im just taking Triphala from the Ayurvedic medicine which helped me alot , because it helps with digestion and removes "Ama" from the Body which is basically phlegm. What else could you recommend me to do? Thanks in advance.

Si Jun Zi Tang is a spleen qi tonic, but it will not resolve phlegm on its own.

First there needs to be differentiation between hot and cold phlegm, and then a formula added to resolve that, as well as the Spleen qi nourished when and if the time is appropriate.

Triphala may be effective in this regard but it may also be too downward draining to maintain the Spleen qi whilst resolving phlegm.

It is impossible for me to prescribe however, without going through a full consultation.
