I want to eradicate fear from within me

I don't want to repress it. I want it gone, completely. I don't want to feel the emotion ever again. It always tries to overwhelm me. It pisses me off since it's not me feeling the fear but my body.

It's completely irrational, despite affirmations, visualizations, trying to emit or vibe confidence or audacity, any strategy I try, it just floods me with fear energy. The emotion just tries to get me, all the time, tries to find any reason and then it attacks it with the fear energy, even tho I don't want to feel it and I'd rather be stoic. It forces me to get into a fight or flight mode where I struggle within to fight instead of flight but the fear always tries to fuck me over.

I'm sick of it. I hate the feeling. I want to get rid of it, forever.

What can I do. I don't want to hear any of "it's normal" or "you have to get over it". It's a fucking disease and I want it gone. I don't want to feel flooded with fear or anxiety for the littlest of reasons and yet my body over reacts with fear even if there is a minuscule chance of risk.
Merely having a disagreement or a prospect of disagreement with someone prompts my body to flood me with fear, even if rationally I know there's no real risk involved. I'm pissed that my body likes to fuck me over every time I have a what if thought and involves even a bit of risk and instead of me being allowed to strategize, the body just decides to fuck me with fear energy, like clockwork.

I fucking hate it. What can I do. I want it gone.
 
To add further context. I've had a few traumatic events in my life, some were life threatening, others were more abstract like the fear of hell or the fear of reincarnating into a bad life, or reincarnating at all. It's led my body to react with extreme fear, especially if I'm about to even think of offending people, since my mind always resorts to "what if they try to hack me online, or kill me" and then the flood happens.

Then there's the spiritual trauma. First with the Christian stuff, fear of going to hell. Then it got to intrusive thoughts where I say or do offending things to God or the gods(even though it's below me to do that in reality) and then my body floods me with fear of Divine retribution.

It's very annoying. Any solutions would be appreciated.
 
If I can't swim and I'm terrified of water, I can stay away from pools and the ocean all my life, or I can confront the fear and overcome it. You don't overcome fear by sitting in your room and gaslighting yourself that you're not afraid or doing a magical working for it. That can help give you courage, but only in overcoming the fear through confrontation; it won't magically get rid of it.

Internal qualities are built through experience, not just magic. I know because I learned that the hard way. Once, I literally had nothing else to do and a good date for a Mars square was coming up. I though it'd be pretty cool if I were fearless in battle, just no fear what so ever in any confrontation. How do you think you build the quality of fearlessness in battle? Even though I had not been in a physical confrontation since childhood in the school courtyard, I got into several fights during the duration of the square. Just out of the blue, for no apparent reason. Yeah, I got some confidence, the first one or two confrontations were pretty frightening, the other ones, a bit less. I got exactly what I asked for, I just didn't realize what I was getting myself into.

There's no other way to build internal qualities. Until you defeat what cowers you, you cannot truly become yourself.
 
1. Hate is good if it leads you to the results desired. Now please acknowledge the thing you hate is not you. Maybe you understand, but it will not harm you to confirm this again to yourself.

2. You assume fear has energy. In reality, fear in the context of your soul is the absence of energy. The energy is from the thoughtform or entity that caused fear to you in the first place. Also, it might have been that you yourself introduced this into you because of some manipulation. According to Lilith, "Light is Power". Let us not forget this.

3. Hating your body will not help you. And it is not your body that is to blame. It is your own being/spirit that causes you to behave in fearful ways given various contexts. Body just confirms through the hormones and neural responses the state of your own spirit.

Now the following you can do.

1. First, you need to establish the foundations of cleaning and protecting yourself. Aura Cleaning and Aura of Protection in the morning and in the evening. And not that easy 5 min stuff, but the real one that gets you in a completely different position. 5 min stuff can be used at the end to confirm that what you have done was correct, i.e., you feel everything properly. As far as I have seen, no one provided the formula for this, but you can study runes, other seed phrases, combine them, and see if they work for you. Regarding information and methods, this forum and other sites have all that is needed. Keep in mind that any serious stuff regarding cleaning and protection is a creative process, and everyone of us might need to create this ourselves. If you are dedicated, your Guardian Demon will definitely help you, thus will lead to adequate protection that would be best fit for you. When this is done, do not forget to practice gratitude. You get the highest quality information, thus you need to show respect and gratitude. When I am doing my AC and AoP, I always give gratitude to the Father Satan, his Gods, Goddesses and Demons as I acknowledge it is their team effort that I am here instead of in some deep and evil stuff. Maybe you don't need it, but I find it as a nice gesture which helps me in learning more about humility and respect to those who are really better and more knowledgeable than me. Through intuition, you will definitely see if it works or not. Why do I emphasize you need more serious cleaning and protection each day, and try to get up earlier in the morning? This comes from my own intuitive prompt. When I have dedicated, I was doing 5 min stuff, and it seemed not enough to me. So I have searched the forums, JoS wiki, and also found out HPS Lydia mentioned she was doing 5 min AoP in the past which was not enough to her: https://ancient-forums.com/threads/aura-of-protections.94/#post-334 . So if I feel intuitively it is not enough, and find the confirmation to my own concerns from the HPS, I think this is enough to take a different approach to my workings instead of doing everything as I did. It might be the case that my Guardian Demon prompted me to take this more seriously.

2. Practice the first for some time. It might be the case that lots of unreasonable fears will vanish from your being. Do not expect this to happen immediately overnight. This is not how it works. This is the process, but it always has results. What you will see immediately is some feeling that something positive happened. Later, there will be real results.

3. Perform some ritual to one of the Gods. Valefor's Power Ritual might help you as you might need assistance in healing your soul: https://josrituals.org/ritual/demon/valefor-power-ritual.html . When meditating on His sigil, you might want to recite your prayer with a request to help you in overcoming your fears. If I were you, I would ask you to show me the path to destruction of my own fears in the most positive and healthy way for me. He will definitely assist you in this if you will show enough conviction and clearly show you need everything to be put to you not on a silver platter, but in a way that you would actually advance and improve. Again, do not expect to get the results desired overnight. It means you might need to perform this ritual for a couple of days. Maybe 40 days would be needed for you. Or even more. But it might be a good idea to plan the work for you.

4. If the situation is really bad, there is nothing wrong with seeking psychological, even psychiatric help. If the situation is really bad, and almost impossible to control, I would consult a professional if I were you.

These are suggestions. You might decide that another way of working might help you. The only thing that can not be questioned here is that you should take AC and AoP as seriously as possible. Without this, you stand for the literal soul harvesting by the enemy, its’ minions, its’ thoughtforms, etc. Of course, if you are dedicated, Satan will not allow your destruction, but Satan will have to make sure you learn your lesson about taking proper responsibility regarding your own state of the soul and being, so sometimes some hard knocks might be expected if you are becoming too lazy.

Even doing all of this stuff properly, you can feel the enemy, those disgusting thoughtforms. But at least when you are dedicated, do your stuff with discipline, there is nothing the enemy can do against you, except to show off and try to instill fear which shows basically the enemy is already fucked given you are not going to surrender.

Finally, maybe you are already doing all the AC and AoP, but it is not bad to remind, so other people also would see this is really necessary. As for other rituals, you might do the squares like Power of Justice [JG] suggested, and get the experience. Or you can ask the Gods for assistance in your path. Do the stuff that feels best for you. Hating the enemy of yourself is fine, but it is even more important to learn how to love yourself. You need to love yourself, to believe in yourself, and do whatever is necessary in order to do the good stuff for yourself.

I think it is important to explain fear
That is a level of stress

Fear is a response of stimulation of the surrenals, adrenaline, that goes back to the brain
The response of people is frozing figthing or fleeing. That what scientist recently found out. It is the animal brain part in us that has permitted humanity to survive that provoke it

Martial art help to direct it. Eg keep pushing instinct often is resisting and push back therefore they train to relaxas being push. Choked people will panic and do anything but training help to learn to relax and escape the choke.

The hic in our time is the mind interpret virtual things as a physical threat producing the secretion that if we do not release cumulate bringing depression. There is no risk of being attacked by a dinosaur or a tiger or wolf now.

Do you feel you loose control ? Is it something unexpected ? Something new that you have never done ? Is your ego in risk?

The toxin( when not used) must be evacuated because ii is proven not automatic by the body.

How take off stress?

Meditation because it affects breathing since you slow down and relax doing bu default abdominal breathing

Martial arts to learn to react

Take care of yourself in the sense do not put goal too big in too short delays

, give yourself personal time.

Dansing (look crazy but it affects cardio, breathing deeper )

Laught (again you will remark breathing relationship)

Rythm slowing down. If tempo keep getting faster brain react like an agression so slower slower music calm

May i add to these scientific discoveries doing as taoist learn to be attach or not as you want. Put like a distance between it and you. Like a frontier so you choose thw best reaxtion

remember that stress affect your surrounding.You may react with anger to kids because of stress at work or driving home

First of all you have to understand that you are giving too much value to something that has no value. The fact is that you cannot get rid of something that does not exist. The purpose of this path is to get closer to the truth, sat means "that which is real" and where is reality? Here in front, the present moment, is the one that is closest to the truth because it is the only one in which you are actually existing. If your mind now goes into the future you will be afraid, because you are living too much in imagination and you are too far from reality, you are far from Satya/satan, you are imagining things that do not exist and that will not even happen, at that point you will start to become chaotic, why? Because when you move away from the truth all the problems will arise.
If you go into the past it will happen the same, because you will remember these events, you have to understand that however they do not exist anymore, the past is dead, it no longer has power, and the future equally does not exist.

Fear does not come in front of you blocking your path, if you observe better you are the one creating it. What you can do is stop creating it, stop identifying with things from the past and focus on the present. You can work with the earth element, on the base chakra and be in nature but this is a secondary practice, you must first understand the truth stated above.

About this there is a story handed down in Eastern spirituality: One day a man finds himself in the world of the gods, in that place grow trees capable of granting wishes, the man unaware of this goes under one of these mythical trees, tired after a long walk he decides to sit under the tree. At that point he feels very hungry and thinks "I would really like a nice banquet with the best food", the food suddenly appears in front of the incredulous man, who eats all the food without leaving anything. Once full he understands that he has ended up under the tree of the gods that grants wishes, everything you think comes true under its leaves, at that point the man begins to feel great fear, and immediately thinks "Now I could think that evil ghosts will arrive and they could kill me", at that point the ghosts arrive killing the man. These forces are also the residues of the subconscious, the monstrous forces that disturb the meditation of the Buddha under the tree, however he remains still, and the forces cease.

The moral of this fairytale is simple, the man has allowed himself to be controlled by his imagination, repudiating the truth and so he was destroyed by his own thoughts.

Satan is also called the lord of the earth, this is because he is heavy and firm like the earth, the earth is always firm, it does not change and does not bend, however on it the tree of the soul can grow, before reaching heaven, at the seventh chakra, on the mountain of the gods, you must start from the ground, otherwise you will fall. Try not to be too hard on yourself, the gods are not an entity on the cloud watching you and judging your thoughts or actions, live it more peacefully

If you do workings for this, it will help you resolve these fears through internal realizations, perhaps even exposure to small disagreements that actually go in your favor and give you "positive anchors" to calm yourself later. Remember, with fear, counter this with affirmations of positivity. It is normal to feel like the fear is too strong for this to work, but it takes time to retrain yourself.

These fears can come from past lives. Perhaps you did have a nasty disagreement with someone, so this causes an overreaction, but to resolve this you need to retrain yourself. Energies like the Sun and Mars will help with projection of yourself without feeling fear.

The intense feeling of this can make it feel out of control, but you do have some control to retrain this. First start with positive affirmations. Visually, you can also imagine "grabbing" the fear within you and imaging it calmly flowing out of your body. This helps you create a positive outlet for it, rather than letting it "loop" within you.

There are other things you may learn along the way that serve as small realizations of progress. For example, maybe you get into a disagreement and realize that projecting yourself actually helps defend yourself. This is true for people who are negative and not aligned with a sense of justice. In this case, avoidance actually hurts and projection of anger actually protects you, rather than worsens the situation.

Directly confronting these fears in a reckless manner is silly, but through workings and studying the situation, you can lead your own "therapy" or "retraining" sessions that will slowly have you build back confidence and shed fear. Then, the high sensitivity to these situations will begin to work in your favor, rather than against you. For example, you may sense disagreement with someone and be able to confidently resolve it before it can amplify. This is a positive transmutation of the sensitivity which would otherwise lead to fear.
