Everyone thinks I'm a teenager because I have very shiny skin, I look young, when I say my age people are impressed, and I don't have any health problems, when I go to buy wine, I'm always barred because they think I'm underage. 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you Father Satan for bringing us meditation and yoga.

And also my intelligence has increased a lot, I can learn faster than normal, especially mathematics.
I'm glad for you, I love numerology and I am neutral about algebra, but I hate geometry. Not spiritual geometry, but the geometry that is taught at schools nowadays.

Taking care of your skin goes a longer way than what most people know. It can take years off of you to maintain skin health. Start taking college supplements in your mind to late 20s and if you can stay out of the sun as much as possible if you don't have something to cover your face or sunscreen. Laser resurfacing does wonders.

To look young while being intelligent is common for mercurian profile.
I suppose you move fast and is good with your hands.

You can become a scholar/savant.

The counter part of the mercurian profile (the little brother) is Mars (the big brother).

I thought to be under the Sun was a good thing, is it not?

I definitely don't like the sun in summers, but the sun during the winters feels good.

You can protect yourself with natural oils ballnut tree oil(A 2007 study published in the European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences showed that Ballnut tree oil provides a high UV protection level, equal to SPF 18 to 22.), moringa tree oil(high in vitamin e and other vitamins), raspberry seed oil ( The exact SPF value varies, with some studies suggesting a range of 28-50 for UVB rays and 8 for UVA rays), non nano zinc oxide powder (won't absorb into the skin), carrot seed oil. In a slow cooker warm setting. Melt beeswax then add the oils. Once you get to a liquid to soft balm like texture you can re melt the solution and poor into a container or bottle depending on consistency.

In short time exposures when it's not too strong it's nice for vitamin D and even for cleaning! Just prolonged exposure especially during midday can burn you and doing this overtime can age the skin. Everything in moderation. Sunscreen always ideally spf 50

The sun will do way less damage if one's diet is good. By good I mean staying away from large excessive amounts of salts, alcohol and the the biggest problem of the western world: processed sugar.

The latter includes high fructose corn syrup and other processed sweetners like dextrose etc.

What we eat goes into our skin ie eating candy and getting pimples.

I have been studying and working on making a post about how poisoness processed sugar is to humans. It's just as poison as ethanol if not worse in this context as it's not regulated in America.

Without getting too much into it, I myself have seen my health and fitness go up exponentially since giving up sugar. The results were immediate as well.

This is cancer advice, literally.
Sunscreen is linked to skin cancer, not the sun. It's jewish propaganda against the sun.

Yes, you can burn yourself, but that's why you should build a solar callus before it becomes very hot, so that you won't burn yourself when it's too hot.

Ideally go sun bathe for a couple hours every week, that's how you build a solar callus. The sun is extremely healthy, sunbathing is extremely healthy.

Many years ago the would put patients with health issues to sunbathe, and they would heal with the sun.

Don't believe what the jew tells you about the sun.

Most American/Canadian sunblocks are bad, as Aquarius mentioned. There are some European sunblocks that are good, Lavera Naturkosmetik from Germany, if you're able to get it.

Olive oil is a natural sunblock* and also heals from sunburn (within reason, like don't think it will completely prevent sunburn or ageing). Green tea too. Make green tea, apply to your skin in the morning, it will help. I'm mentioning this for others reading this too.

*Not sunblock as in actually blocking the sun, but helping to prevent sunburn and sun damage.

Is there a way to heal frown lines on the forehead? Some people have had them since being teenagers.

Is overwhelming that commercial body hygiene products contain many more harmful chemicals than industrial cleaners or a product to clean your car.

The cosmetic industry is literally a scam built on making women feel like shit if they don't buy overpriced chemical poisons that ruin their health.

Everything you see in cosmetic stores is literally a scam. The magnitude of such scam is as big as the holocaust.

It's hard to believe that everything they sell you is literal poison, and the average person will never believe it, simply because it's absurd.

You don't need a cream with 30 ingredients of which you can't even read their names to moisturize your hands.

The best hand moisturizers I've ever used were simply things like olive oil and pure shea butter. And they last a long time so I save hundreds of dollars.

Idk why, but this reminded me of a comedy skit I wrote ages ago.

It was about one of those "Holistic Health Guru's" on Twitter who recommends someone use raw eggs as sunscreen, but they immediately start cooking when he goes outside to sunbathe lmao.

Jokes aside, almost everything you need to maintain optimal health can be found in cheap household products, as well as getting regular exercise and sun exposure.

No need to buy any fancy products unless it's just because you like the aroma/texture or something.

But of course, with serious and/or chronic health issues—which require specificity, one must take a more proactive approach and do their due dilligence in regards to research.

I'd recommend following @Grimhood on Twitter, I've found his research to be extremely accurate and he also incorporates info on electromagnetism/bio-electricity/meditation.
