Dear Brother, what you need to do with your stellium (and have needed to do long ago already) is to sublimate it. Sublimation is using the energies of these planets [all of the energies of all of the planets to drain them totally and completely] in the direction of your own choice rather than let their energy stagnate, so that when Saturn or Pluto triggers them the atomic bomb of their energies stagnated for decades [or lifetimes] "bursts into peaces and bursts the vessel it was in to peaces as well" so to say.
The truth about Astrology is: where is stellium, the more planets in it - the worse, there is energy bomb of extreme need of relief. If you do not consciously use ALL of these energies, not partly but all, they will destroy your life. Why? Because you have karmic seed/pattern there, i.e. karmic debt in this area meaning according to karmic justice you must do a lot of good job in these areas. I am sorry, I just try to very roughly in a rush explain this, sorry if I sound debilous. By sublimation I mean:
Just find the house and the Sign where the energies are. Read everything about this sign/house in ToZ, also have your own imagination for it. Some thoughts:

Archaeology first and foremost, ancestry, Motherland, traditions, patriotism, mother and home you were born in, bloodline, Race, heritage, legacy, Ancient megalithic civilizations, Gods in your Ancestry 10K+ BCE civilizations, past of the Earth and of the World, all past of the universe at all, Ancient civilizations of Gods on Mars, Moon, Phaethon and Earth. Underground cities and everything underground including cemeteries, geology & gemology and magic properties of stones as they are also from the earth, cave investigation, pole earth theory,
dowsing. Just any investigation into any of this will be helpful in sublimating the stellium. Also farming since this is Earth and under-earth connected.
5. Everything connected to serious art and serious professional sports, love and children. Greatly sublimated into any serious intricate and extremely difficult art demanding to learn and dedicate the whole life 24/7 every day of 100 years straight. Also true absolutely heavenly godly love based on service to Gods, love to the God or to the Guru in Zevism, serious, loyal and not based on lower pleasure or entertainment. Demon-Lover (after lives long service and deserving one).

6. Any and all kind of healing - from TCM and most Ancient medicine, learning medicine from Gods - and to the most quantum modern technologies. Yoga, Qi Gong, Taiji and any and all physical Ancient Pagan practice. All kinds of inner style martial arts if stellium includes Mars. I saw Saturn in 6th in the chart of best Yogi known to the modern world. He had insane health till death and died after 100 without pain or suffering. Veterinary, working with domestic and little animals, ecology, nature.
7. Any and all relationship, not only personal ones. Business, political opponents, negotiation first and foremost. Lifelong ambassador. All kinds of wars. Rulers who sublimated monstrous stelliums (almost all 10 planets) in 7th were warlords and lifelong conquerors. In civilized world this can be 24/7 engaging into politics, cold wars, working at the department of secret / special services and their hacking departments, negotiation and peace delegations, working with mending war affairs such as what Trump is now doing, serving important Other in any way or form, probably what I said about 5th serious heavenly love engagement as well.

All life, endless, 24/7 study and book reading and/or traveling (the last might be dangerous if bad degree and dangerous country is involved, one has to evaluate everything), less dangerous is to sublimate everything into 1000+ IQ being a professor in university, knowing all subjects, having all educations and gaining them throughout life, reading all books in every single new and Ancient language, teaching people day and night, etc. Maybe serve in ToZ. If Pluto / Scorpio is involved then maybe transforming the religions and values of the world.

11. The same as 10th plus related to friends and groups, political parties, political and religious circles. Masons, Spiritual Orders of any kind, ToZ, these people are most politically engaged and interested, can't spend without politics or interests groups one moment, organizing your own groups or new institutions, lifelong activism, work for and with society. Spiritual mission on Earth, cosmic missions on different planets, flying into cosmos with the message to other worlds, everything related to height, heaven, cosmos and space, cosmic heights in literal and figurative sense.
12. Magnum Opus, all spirituality and Godhead. Spiritual works. Everything secret and mysterious, hackers, secret services, everything underwater, Atlantis, all cities that are underwater and everything connected to the ocean. Arctic and Antarctic investigations. Kusto opened some Ancient cities in Antarctica. All connected to cinema and animation, acting, stage arts, all music, again stellium and/or Saturn demands only serious extremely difficult learned music. Any serious right brained art. All chemistry and alchemy.
These are only examples. These must be individualized in accordance to the nature of the planets involved into a stellium. You choose a sphere of your heart desire - you need to experience Destiny call, desire and feeling of height and being Gods vessel from doing it not in forced or obligated but a high state way, as if after meditation. Then it will work as a Destiny trigger and if it is done excessive enough it might get sublimated i.e. all atomic bomb of lifetimes long stagnated energy will get channeled off of that place into heaven and Ether again. This is a purpose of the sublimation. If it is fully done before Saturn trespassing the stellium, Saturn will trespass the "free place" and will not get "stuck". Since the effect of what you probably experience is technically described as if Saturn got "stuck" in the stagnated energies of the stellium and can't get out as a result spreading his "shit" all around the chart. Again. sorry for sounding stupid as hell, I just try to explain in easier words so that I myself might understand what I wrote and fail as usual.

I do not remember any chart that I opened from the above that would not contain a stellium. Probably this is somehow related with feeling of Qi/energy stagnation [stellium] and intuitive finding a way to release it which sports greatly provides.
All spiritual advice given by others above and given in general in ToZ for such situations stay in tact, I just tried to comprehend here how it might be dealt with from purely astrological viewpoint. Key here is that an attempt to lead a life of a random person with a stellium will in most cases end badly. You are fated to become great and outstanding in something. Otherwise Saturn returns might be very unpleasant due extreme amount of stagnant energies.
