Hi. I am undecided which method to use to protect myself from electromagnetic waves. Those of the household appliances, of the neighbor's wifi and of the dirty electricity that passes through the cables generated from all sides. You basically need to transform your room in a faraday cage. You can do this my attaching good conductive materials on your walls, like Aluminium foil. But it looks like trash, lol.
