How to direct energy to the lower Chakras

Despite having done a lot of empowerment on my lower chakras they are still noticably far weaker than my upper chakras, from my heart chakra to my sacral chakra I can only just about feel them although my base chakra feels decent, the issue is almost all the breathing exercises and yoga seem to direct energy upwards, but I have the reverse problem my upper chakras receive plenty of energy but my lower chakras feel so weak.

I have done everything I can think of to balance them out and although its helped I have hit a brickwall I cant get past, theres information online but its not Satanic and thus I dont know correct from false in how to approach this issue, it feels like im just doing the same things over and over again at this point to no avail.

These chakras arent blocked they just dont seem to get stronger at all, squares help but barely I feel like there is something key I am missing at this point.

In terms of directing energy upwards it is also a good idea to do the opposite and direct it downwards, like the lightning bolt striking from the crown driving the energy down to the base…also try meditations that focus on circulation and spend more time on the lower chakras.

No quick fixes indeed. If you want to combine multiple methods for more effective results, look up asanas for chakras (which can be found on these forums) to help with this process. Using multiple limbs of the limbic system simultaneously will hasten the progress.

Idk, my 6th used to be the weakest I believe when I started. I just focused on this especially and it is now the strongest. Maybe just try to work on the base for example, for like 2 Weeks much more than you used to?

And after 2 weeks compare the results. I personally find, doing the full chakra meditation far more potent , then the RAUM meditation when it comes to the chakras.

And after 2 Weeks you go to the next chakra and so on.

Also work on the pillars of the soul.

Thurisaz works wonders for the crown as well.

The fastest way then is time and consistency.
