I get the exact same thing. I work from home, do yoga etc from home, and most of my limited socialization from home (friend over for tea). If I don't get out at least twice a week, I get dizzy, lethargic, my head feels weird. I actually recently went a few weeks without going out. It was awful. I've experienced this many times since finishing school, as I've usually worked from home.
