I ask this because I went through many sleepless nights because of seriously dedicating myself to the practices and I still dont work but eventually I going to have to Im in my mid 20's. But it will seriously slow down my progress since I will have to considerably lower my daily meditation routine. Dont you people find it difficult to combine the two?

When I was working 8-9hrs a day, and having to travel 1.5 - 2hrs to work and home, working on the German Joy of Satan, and studying a bit for university, I still managed to do yoga and meditations.

This has to do with being sick of the old you, and seriously wanting to elevate further and higher than you ever have been. You need the will to do so and you will find a way.

If you are not able to meditate in the night, get up a bit earlier and meditate at the dawn.
You can always meditate a bit during work, powering up your chakras, directing energy. In most my meditations I don’t need any vibrations.
After you finished work, you can also dedicate all of your attention, willpower and energy into proper meditations and advancing your soul.

There is no „cheat-code“ on this path.
Most has to do with dedication, being close to the Gods, being open, aware and being consistent in your meditations.
This is the recipe to empowerment.

Hail Satan!

I commend you for that, it takes incredible discipline to do all that.

Me, i work 6 10s on almost every job and i still have to manage RTRs, cleaning, yoga and my schedule. It helps me to do a lot of my chanting in the car on the go or when i get breaks during a full workday. That's the time when traffic doesn't seem so bad. It gives you time. Ive gotten alot of returning curses and munka done on the road in traffic. just gotta be careful though. I find a place where i won't be disturbed. Sometimes i stay up later. You have to make time basically and manage the little breaks you get.

When you really want something you'll find the time for it. I work about those hours and I still do what is required to advance.

A few months ago I was working 12 hours a day and still managed to meditate for 2-3 hours.
You have to be determined in your work and move forward no matter the circumstances. Anything is possible.

Do workings that increase your overall energy capacity, productive capacity, endurance, and so on. Also, work to find opportunities that give you more free time, meaning use runes to increase your free time to advance (which implies that you have your basic needs met). Furthermore, do workings to reduce your sleep requirements. After I finished a Mars in Scorpio Square for something similar, this indirectly shaved about 2 hours off my sleep needs.

For the above purpose, you are mainly looking at fire and earth-style energies. There are many good Squares available now or soon for this purpose as well, such as Mars in Capricorn, which can be done twice if you start early.

Do a Jupiter square to increase your pay or get a better paying job. Then invest that money from the higher pay and gain your financial freedom. This is a very good year for SS to grow financially with Jupiter in Pisces as one can do the Jupiter square which is convenient due to being short.

I think this year will be especially good for crypto. Crypto means 'hidden', which is an aspect ruled by Pisces. So, Jupiter in Pisces will definitely benefit this, as it creates expansion and growth in things ruled by Pisces in particular. I would say this means that making money through art, music, hidden and indirect things will be the most profitable.

I wish I could work 9 to 5 lol. I would wake up at 6 in the morning and do RTRs (2x each ritual as I currently try to do), then aura of protection and returning curses and chakra cleaning, They should all take a maximum of 2 hours all together if I am focused enough and don't waste time. After work I would go straight to the gym probably and by the time I get home I would still have plenty time for meditations, study, translations etc. For over 3 years I've been waking up around 5 in the morning 6 days a week and work 10-11 hours so waking up early is not an issue when you get used to it. 9 to 5 is more like an office schedule so is unlikely to work these hours if you won't have an office job.

When it comes to work I struggle to find that kind of strenght, i commend you aswell sir. The only reason I got so many experiences in my path of meditation is because I focused all my attention towards it. Seriously how can you work like that meditating 2 hours?? Sometimes the practices cause serious side effects like sleepless nights!

What helped me was taking it at a pace that I myself can handle and make a everyday routine out of it and the more I I got used to doing the routine the more time I saw myself having because I was getting used to using up my time correctly instead of procrastinating and saying "I'll do it later". Practice makes perfect in having a tight routine. Might seem a little stressful at first but try it out and don't stop and you'll see you'll start getting used to doing these things as well as understanding why they're so important to do which motivated me more personally.

Two hours are the RTRs and cleaning, the meditations would take another hour in the evening, probably more depending if one does both Kundalini and Hatha yoga. As about sleepless nights, I had a few times circumstances, not because of meditations, when I had to go to sleep at 2 in the night and sleep for 3 hours so I can get up at 5 and go to work. If it happens once every 2-3 weeks is fine you won't even feel it but if is happening every night then indeed it would be quite damaging and unhealthy. I think the sleepless nights due to meditations are the effect of increased bioelectricity that the physical body is getting used to. One thing is clear, to have a good sleep so you won't be tired during the day is to go to sleep early, best is between 21:00 - 22:00.

Even with the sleepless nights, if you go to sleep that early you would still have slept for a few good hours if you wake up in the night and cannot fall asleep again. Sleepless nights should dissapear when the body is getting used to the meditation routine. I never consummed any coffee or energy drinks at all so I cannot tell you whether they are effective or not in keeping you awake if you go through sleepless nights. I don't know about coffee as I never even tasted it but energy drinks are toxic for the body and addictive so they are to be completely avoided as they don't bring any benefit. It also depends what job you have if you go through sleepless nights, is more difficult to handle an office job where you would sit on a chair the entire shift, and is easier to have a physical job as you constantly move or stand.
