Help with some family issues before university from a foster sibling that is a Jew

So I don't usually post stuff like problems in my life I go through. Usually I rather prefer to deal with those on my own. Yet this problem has to deal with my xainity family and xainity former foster family too. As well as the influence of a former foster sibling I live with, that I have found out is of Jewish origin. Who I had to report this person's abuse and harassment to my biological family who then reported it to the former foster family. Well I got in trouble for that. Since these guys who do a lot of good for me so far. Well these same former foster family believe this sibling is so disabled they should be allowed to get away with their actions towards me. Well the biological family went straight to bending over to their arguments that I treat this Jewish sibling of mine. By the way they don't know the siblings's is of Jewish descent but the grandma's last name of this girl is a Jewish German bastardization being the name Frank. So now the family of mine will trust this sibling, and see me as a liar , a harasser, and a person who is crazy. Plus they'll talk to her then me. Plus they must have told that sibling they'll talk to her when their ready to talk to me again. Plus this same sibling has done just practically every form of abuse that's physically to screaming at me harassing me, stealing my phone then taking my phone case after she gives me back my phone. Just because she believes I wrong her by calling her out to my biological family. This stuff seems justified to her. Plus she believes that destroyed and trashing my bedroom and punching holes in my bedroom walls is fine. Since the gullible former foster family just believes every lie of her's. It just nuts. Plus this girl has tried Christian deliverence of me for some crap, more like still rebelling against her.Which was just more hitting me, stomping on my back, hitting me in my head, and pinning me from what she claimed was a restraint.
Well a bit of a backstory to this is I have been doing working for me lately in my daily power meditations I do morning and night everyday. For a dorm room at the university I am to move into soon. Well this girl's newly created problems for me add to more workings to be done. So any reasons to why this might be happening? Is it solar and Saturn energies that are going on as of late? Or is somehow the enemy know my affirmations are coming true soon?
Also what advice do any of you have about dealing with the family relationships I do prefer to save and salvage from this problem?. With also is it possible I can save the relationship with my families before I go off to university and or move into the dorm room that I am on the wait-list for? What can I do to end this Jewish sibling of mine? Is there anyway the father Satan or magick can help in this situation.she's not biological family she's a foster sibling that was dumped on my former foster family's doorstep by some regional center people from the regional center branch of the foster system for disabled people. Back in 2007. Or should I place auras of protection on my former foster family and biological family members? Or is there a rune meditation I can do that will my former foster family and biological family to wake up to this sibling actions. Since I tried first reporting her actions to my biological family and that did not end well. This has been going on since Tuesday.

1. This person asking for guidance does not have proficiency in white magick (asking for help) so they are not able to perform black magick.

2. Squares can not be used for black magick as is. One of the reasons Maxine did not share advanced information about squares for cursing is because people are dumb and irresponsible almost always jumping into cursing with death spells when they do not have the skills and it's not the best approach to begin with in every case. These squares that we use for invoking planetary energy are not compatible with cursing someone. You'll end up hurting yourself.

3. If black magick really has to be used then a binding spell is a very good option. But I would exhaust other options first, namely white magick for defense and repair or relationships.
