Hello Satanic brothers and sisters!

Can you help me with lucid dreaming? I try it for two months now, with very minimal succes. I write a dream diary for three months, tried all kind of technices, wild, mild, fild, ssild, but barely any lucidity happened.

There was two times when I succeded, but only for shorth periods. I invoked void into my third eye, and imagined my last dream scene over and over before I fell asleep. Even this doesnt always work, some nights I dont even have dreams to remember, which is quite frustrating. Even if a dream is a weird nonsense, its still part of my subconscionous, I like to solve what these dreams means.

The biggest problem is, I usually very tired, when I go to sleep. I have to get up early for my work, but I still can sleep for seven hours daily. Its way harder to recall my dreams when Im exhausted, and lucid dreaming seems almost impossible at that stage. I tried to sleep earlier, and drinking mugworth tea before sleep too. The tea was very delicous, one of the best green tea I tasted so far, and when I dreamt I could recall very tiny details, but sometimes I just got a deeper sleep from the tea. Most likely the dose of it what is matter.

If you can help me and give me advice to attain lucid dreaming more recently I would be very thankful.

We can use affirmations anywhere. I think an affirmation like "I will be lucid dreaming." can be used.

Based on my lucid dreaming experiences, I will say that this is mostly related to the third eye. And again, an advice from myself, I can create dreams for hours, sometimes they last very short time. The long ones were always when my body was tired. My body is tired, my soul is energetic. And after the lucid dream, I would wake up and have even more energy than at first. This is one of my favorite effects of lucid dreaming.

Also, don't try too hard to create anything at first. Let your subconscious guide you. It's better to check when you enter the dream. The moments when I was most successful in lucid dreaming were when I stayed in high consciousness and high frequencies for days.

From what you eat to your physical exercises, everything affects the frequency. The moment between sleep and wakefulness is the best time to create lucid.

the above idea could work, but that affirmation is not effective. Try something like "I'm at all time conscious of my dreams, and I'm able to control them." aka "Mindig tisztában vagyok az álmaimmal, és képes vagyok irányítani őket."

The "Tisztában vagyok" here means that you remember and understand your dreams, but of course you can use another word, or re-word the whole thing as you like it and makes sense for you.

With the advancement of the mind and soul, this ability should also develop, I'm not sure why it isn't in your case.
Mostly I remember my dreams but It is very rare when its lucid, but I more often remember it now. I guess meditating while trying to fall asleep (just void meditation, astral hearing and seeing meditations/visualization..) would also help, like visualize a place where you want your dream to take place, hear the sounds, etc..

Hello,
I think you should start doing a reality check if you aren't doing it now.
Look at your hand and ask yourself: "Am I dreaming?" than count your fingers. Do this few times.
Use this technique several times during the day. You can set an alarm clock so you don't forget. You'll start remembering it in your dreams.
Another reality check technique is breathing through closed nose. And of course, write down your dreams in a journal.

I realized the inportance of experience and food, sadly my diet is something I cannot change. For me it worked best when I meditated with strong incense before bed. I usually woke up during a rem phase, around 4 am, the dreams after that were more vivid. Sometimes I even woke up without alarm, I only needed to drink before sleep.

For a time now, I meditate in the morning, maybe meditating before sleep would be more succesful.
Sadly Im in a bit of "autopilot" mode, I got a lot of work and responsibilites, I dont have the amount of free time I would like to have.😕

I did the finger check for weeks, two times even worked inside my dream, it even helped to achieve lucidity in the first time, but not since that.

This whole experimenting is way to slaw for my patience, every night I can try one method, and its not even safe that I will have a dream to experiment with it.

energy and our subconscious doesn't understand "will happend". this is not how magic and the use of affirmation works

energy and our subconscious doesn't understand "will happen". this is not how magic and the use of affirmation works. it's neet to be in present tense something like "i am able to lucid dream easily"

Yes, we should use the present tense in affirmations. Unfortunately, I was not able to give an effective affirmation because I was a bit rushed in my comment above. Thankfully, AFODO gave an effective affirmation.

Thanks for your reminder though.

What I meant exactly is falling asleep while meditating, or at least meditating while getting to a point where you can fall asleep.
It is indeed challenging to always do something and having a minimal freetime, but our soul is one of the highest priority to care about.
This working could help you gain free time:

Our High Priest and two High Priestess could become full time priests, and was most probably not pure faith, so it's definitely not impossible to gain free time and more independence.
