Help Cleansing Self & Home After Sex With Unhealthy Soul

I have made a new account to post this as my old account I have forgot the password “666ix” I recently had sex with this girl that I knew probably wasn’t a good idea , I used to be into her when I was younger and she’s always had huge mental health issues, addictions etc.

afterwards the following days I have been depressed/ sad / low energy.. my room does not even feel the same. I never ever feel like this. I think it’s due to the energy exchange (sex) with her as she is depressed has tons of problems with alcohol, addictions , abusive relationships and overall does not take care of herself nearingly to the length I do. I am completely sober and I am for advancement of my soul/ myself.

I am going to tell her I can not talk anymore due to mental health issues, I want to know how I can destroy any attachments with her , certain aura cleaning, cleansing of my room and home , anything to remove this energy I have picked up on because it is draining and very negative .
