2. Reduce the salt intake. Salt increases blood pressure.
3. If you are overweight, you should lose excess weight. Even loosing just 3 kilos can be relieving for your body.
4. Smoking raises blood pressure, so the less you smoke the better (if you even smoke), coffee too.
5. Red wine can be helpful, it needs moderarion though, cause drinking a lot of alchohol can lead to high blood pressure.
6. Stress raises blood pressure, so find some things that can relax you during the day.
7. Exercise. For example walking for 20 minutes per day, and/or yoga can help a lot. It can also limit hypertension.
8. Meditate!
