The pillar that supports Satans upcoming aeon
A general over-view of what you can do to improve the health of your hair.

The biggest reason why hair recedes or thins is because the nutrients necessary for healthy hair is simply not there, this can happen because of a range of problems, to name a few: Stress, nutrient deficiency, liver / kidney problems, over-washing your hair, using bad hair products, cardiovascular system problems etc.

Often times there is not enough blood going to and from the scalp, needless to say, if there is not enough blood being pumped up to your hair, your hair will not receive the necessary nutrients. This is the reason that there are chemical solutions being put into shampoo that promote hair growth, what these solutions do is stimulate blood flow, that's all there is to it. If you use such products be aware that there are always side-effects to it, this is true for most if not all chemical solutions.

So what can you do to regrow or thicken your hair? At the moment i am trying out a range of things that i will talk about below, up to now i have had some success, my hair looks thicker, shinier and healthier, i hope you will have the same success as i am having.

1. Exercise, as most of you are already aware of, exercise is detrimental to the health of your body, this can aid in making your hair healthier, but also by improving your cardiovascular system, further aiding in increasing the blood-flow and thus the distribution of nutrients to every part of your body.

Some exercises you could do to increase blood-flow to your head: Pike pushup, Dead hang, Handstand. (This doesn't necessarily have any direct influence on hair growth, but can be beneficial in a range of other ways)

2. Massaging, it might sound weird but massaging your head (Or any other part that you want to work on) will increase the blood-flow to that part of the body, this can be fairly ineffective if used for hair growth, so i would recommend to use this as an additive to other methods.

3. Hair products, there are plenty of shampoo's etc. that are to be avoided at all cost! Most hair products that you can buy in convenience stores are ruining the health of your hair, so i would recommend switching to hair products that use organic materials, One such brand is Apivita, you could of course make your own hair products instead.

4. Over-washing your hair, there is absolutely no need to wash your hair every day, this practice is actually bad for your hair. Corporate greed is the reason why people think this is necessary, before the 1800s people rarely washed their hair. Washing your hair with shampoo once a week is more than enough.

5. Essential oils, There are plenty of essential oils that are beneficial for hair health, to name a few: Lavender, Rosemary, Chamomile, Cedar, Lemon Grass (I recommend looking those benefits up before usage).

How to use essential oils, you should mix essential oils with natural oils like coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil etc. Essential oils are very potent so you should only use a couple of drops when mixing it with any of the above oils.

Some people recommend to wash your hair with water about an hour after applying the oils to your hair, personally i don't think its necessary, so you decide for yourself if you wash your hair afterwards or not.

6.Cleaning out liver / intestines, a clean liver / intestine means better absorption of nutrients, and an overall improvement of your general health. There are plenty of ways to go about cleaning this, first and foremost its important to be aware of what you put into your mouth! besides this one of the best ways to clean your gut is by drinking apple cider vinegar, drink this every day for one or two weeks (Or however long you think its necessary) and repeat this every so often.

Extra the scalp is acidic in nature and can benefit of being into contact with apple cider vinegar, it can be beneficial to apply it to your hair (Watered down), Let it sit for 30 or so minutes and rinse it out afterwards.

Warning! Apple cider vinegar is very acidic and should always be deluded in warm water, its also recommended to drink it with a straw as it can be harmful to your teeth.

7. Insulin, When you eat your body creates insulin, insulin will stop or slow certain processes inside of your body. This can cause a variety of problems, especially if insulin is constantly being made in mass throughout the day, this is the main cause for type 2 diabetes.

To prevent insulin problems you can for example stop snacking, or limit the time frame in which you eat, so only eat between 12:00 and 20:00 for example. Exercising can be a mayor help as well, this will give your body more time to regenerate, recuperate.

8. Diet, For the nutrients to reach your hair its very important that your body has those nutrients, so find a diet that fits you best and that includes all the nutrients that your body / hair needs. I highly recommend avoiding processed foods, mainly eat vegetables, animal produce , meat.

Your body needs carbohydrates, but in this day of age its very easy to over eat carbohydrates so be aware of this. Carbohydrates that get absorbed slowly like oats are recommended over carbohydrates that get absorbed fast like sugar etc.

9. Earthing,
Earthening yourself (Getting skin to earth contact) will bring a range of benefits, the main thing that happens when you earthen yourself is that there is a free flow of electrons between your body and the earth. This process can alleviate problems like inflammation and promote healthy processes inside of your body. Earthing can thus be used to prevent and / or diminish most health related problems.

10. Spiritual workings, Last but not least if you find it necessary, workings will aid in any problem that you have, i am not putting a working together right now since understanding the working will net you the most benefits. I thus recommend doing a little bit of research yourself and pick the runes and affirmation that you find fits best. If you are unsure if you are using the right runes or affirmation, you can always ask for a second opinion on the forums!

--------------------

Lately i have been using essential oils, this is where i have seen the most progress. So i would highly recommend trying at least this out, everyone is different though so it might not work as well for you.

As a final note, everything i have mentioned above is from my own research and experience, so there are always more options to chose from. Take TCM as an example, someone like Centralforce would be able to give tips based on TCM that i could not.

I hope that this post has been useful to you, if you are having problems with a receding hair line, i wish you fast hair regrowth.

I tried to upload this post a couple of days ago on the health sub-forums, as of now it has yet to be approved hence why i am re-posting it on this sub-forum.

Sun and Mars Squares for vitality and health will fix this as well, with less effort.

Further, I switched off a harsh shampoo to a very gentle one which improved how my hair looked and felt, which surely made a difference as well.

just doing yoga and meditating will aid this. I think I had the balding gene whatever, but did a working to reverse and keep my hair indefinitely, havent got recession or hair thinning since. I could even grow twice as much hair if I used stuff like dutasteride to help, but that would be having more than I always had to begin with

as this is an aging problem it will be solved when the body gets powerful and life force is increased, like most age related things

I think that this may depend on one's hair type, but there is a lot of advice on social media to wash one's hair less often, like once or twice a week or so. That did not work for me! Washing daily or every second day keeps the scalp healthy.
However, some dry or porous hair types may do well with less washes.

Hello there, thanks for the message, for instance what kind of yoga exercises do you recommend?

Did you do specific exercises or the standard hatha or Kundalini ones in the JoS website?

Thanks :)

just a normal hatha yoga session and also kundalini yoga from the pinklotus website. you can also visualize yourself having strong, thick hair and affirm your hair is growing healthy. at least that was what I did. but remember this is a lengthy process and requires patience and energy

I never knew people were interacting with this tread   I have been working (Slowly) on a v2 of hair health tips, more inclusive where i mainly dive deeper into the spiritual side of things. What i stated on this tread is not entirely true, since hair health is determent by 2 main factors not 1. The first is blood flow, the second is the amount, quality and flow of bio-electricity.

Hello, thanks for the follow-up of this tread, if it may be possible could you share with us the discoveries you have found? In the near future I will try with SATANAMA as probably an unbalance of testosterone could be the reason of my problems, but if in the meantime you found more tips that could be helpful that would be great!

I suggest you do some research on ayurveda. Since baldness is a typical trait of the pitta dosha, do some research to see if it is your dominant dosha. And if pitta is your dominant dosha do research on the best types of asana, pranayama, mantram, meditation, and diet to balance this dosha.

It is going to take quite a while before i share the second iteration of hair health tips, i am slowly trying stuff out myself, this will take time. There are plenty of things you can do to help regenerating your hair, i suggest to try some of the tips above, if you want to do something on the spiritual i suggest to keep advancing, do your meditations etc. you can also do a working to aid in the regeneration, i am going to do a work myself soon as well i will share that down below.

Do not worry about testosterone to much, this is only one small part, of a bigger problem, if you worry about testosterone it would be better and healthier for you to work on your diet instead. Using SATANAMA can be beneficial so keep doing that.

To start the working i want to use 2 runes either Thurisaz (Wild energy not recommended) or Wunjo (easier to work with), coupled with Sowilo (Helps to empower the other rune for this working). i will do both runes for 54 reps each, 40 days in a row, and start the working on jan. 19th since this date is good to start workings that have slow but lasting results. The focus of this working is going to be blood circulation, not just around the scalp but for the whole body, with slightly more focus on the scalp.

I am telling you about this working because it could also be helpful to you, so feel free to copy it.

i'm already applying many of these fixes and i must say that the effects are terrific
thank you for this post, i took new interesting notes

2 main factors. The first is blood flow, the second is the amount, quality and flow of bio-electricity.
by the way, these things are very true

may i ask you guys what you think about the "DHT blocking" thing?

Over-washing your hair
That did not work for me! Washing daily or every second day keeps the scalp healthy.
also, about this
in the past, especially when i was still at school, i got into the habit of washing my hair every morning with shampoo due to various personal factors in terms of hygiene, however i was able to notice how this damaged them despite the "necessity", in terms of thinning

so i wonder, what do you think about washing them relatively often (everyday / couple of days) only with water, and only once a week with a good shampoo?

could it be a good compromise for those who, due to various factors, have hair that often gets "greasy"?
for me i think it's working pretty well, but i don't know how much credit to give to that

Good to know that this has been useful to you :D Thank you for the feedback!

may i ask you guys what you think about the "DHT blocking" thing?

If i understand correctly DHT is a hormone that is in unbalance with the other hormones inside ones body. There is a deeper root cause why there is an unbalance in the hormones, DHT in itself shouldn't be the problem. Fixing the root cause is what will create a balanced body, hormones included. There is a wide variety of things you can do to balance out the hormones (body), take for example going on a healthy and balanced diet, exercising especially those that promote movement and improvement of bio-electricity (Yoga / Tai Chi), meditation & workings.

So DHT blocking is not necessarily something that will help you forward, certain aspects of it can potentially be helpful though.

so i wonder, what do you think about washing them relatively often (everyday / couple of days) only with water, and only once a week with a good shampoo?

You are right, you can wash your hair with water daily. This was a miscommunication on my part, what i wanted to say was that it is unhealthy to over-wash your hair using shampoo's, washing your hair with water only daily is A-oke!

to smokers interested in hair health that are facing hair related issues, consider quitting smoking

i can tell you that this alone will have tremendous positive effects against hair thinning and split ends
it will strenghten your hair basically

the damage of smoking and especially nicotine and carbon monoxide on oxygen intake / bloodflow is very intense

I would like to add to the benefits of hair-growth using essential oils with a study.

The results of the following study has shown that Peppermint oil (PEO) is enormously more effective than Minoxidil (MXD) for hair growth:

Hair growth promotion. From week 2, PEO grew hair more rapidly than SA and JO. At week 3, PEO remarkably promoted hair growth than SA and JO, even greater than MXD. At week 4, PEO showed hair growth about 92%, whereas MXD about 55%.

Personally, I mix peppermint oil with locally-made coconut oil for my beard growth. My beard went from really thinning and scraggly to thick, full, soft, and shiny. I am very impressed with the results.
You can use other carrier oils (jojoba, argan, etc.) to mix with peppermint essential oil. I do not recommend applying pure peppermint oil to the scalp/skin as it may burn the skin and the smell is very overpowering.

Best of luck to everyone seeking to regrow their hair and beautify themselves.

HS.

Wow! This awesome 😀 Thank you!
