Please reply to this post all kinds of attacks that Greys and Reptilians can attack you with, besides evil emotions and thoughts.
Also can they attack you mentally in evil ways besides negative thoughts?

and finally if our beloved HPS Lydia could reply to this post all the ways these ugly beings can attack you mentally if you have the knowledge on this and if you would love to.

Apart from negative thoughts, they also breed negative feelings in vulnerable people with no spiritual advancement. This is why many people get angry or sad out of nowhere and feel this way for the entire day.

The other members above answered. The enemy can also cause delusions, especially if one is prone to having delusions.

One of the best things we can do to prevent enemy attacks, aside from keeping up with aura cleaning and AoP, is to keep a strong mind. Learn to ignore negative thoughts, stay true to what you know is correct, and keep doing the best you can for yourself. Mind your actions and thoughts.
