Both to both of them. They are both physical and astral. Gods are both physical and astral just like humans are, we are souls incarnated in a human body.

You are comparing totally different things. FYI nobody said Satan is all powerful or control everything like the jewish god. Satan has limits. He is a physical being like us who lives far away, he is much more powerful than humans, but he isn't what Christians say their god is, he's not all-powerful and doesn't control everything that happens.

humans who are weak. Most humans are very weak spiritually right now. Magick depends on your soul's power. Obviously you can't expect a spiritually weak person to do extraordinary things. It clearly says that magick is merely
using our own spiritual power. Any props or tools that are used are only used to amplify and direct our powers, they don't have any power by themselves. It's not something external that has power by itself.
Magick is as powerful as the human using it is. A human who isn't spiritually powerful will only cause magick to hit and miss.
That's why the JoS says it's important to empower your soul using power meditation.
That's how you make your soul powerful and how you become a God. And it's not an instant thing, you have to do it for many years.
