Do I need to worry? Though no calculus shown but slight ache there occasionally throughout the day usually after eating I think. Do I need to go see a doctor and take that allopathy medicine?
What should I do? Which yoga poses can help prevent anything serious?
This could be dampness in the gallbladder. If you are getting any ringing in the ears, heat on the face, irritability, etc then this indicates heat as well.
Read on the gallbladder patterns here: https://www.sacredlotus.com/go/diagnosis-chinese-medicine/get/zang-fu-liver-gallbladder-patterns-tcm#gb_damp_heat
Side stretches of any kind will be good, as well as stretching the interior of the leg. Anything that stretches the organs themselves or their meridians will help.
You will want to decrease any heavy foods and increase green foods specifically. Eat a plate full of broccoli and rice, for example. Also, use dandelion tea to clear heat from the gallbladder, or vinegar or lemon juice to clear dampness. Apples are also good for clearing the gallbladder and liver channels.
Push these gallbladder acupoints. They are likely sore.
The gallbladder and liver work together, so the liver may worsen as well. The above dietary suggestions will help the liver as well, but also push liver 3. If it is sore, that means it needs help and you need to push the acupoint longer. Push these when you are meditating, for example.
