As far as all this Covid- play has features of "social porn" where governments after governments are patronizing citizens and even their thoughts, i would say it is for me reason enough to say no to the vaccine. I am a teacher of elementary school and presumably thus pushed more or less to take vaccine in the near future. If it will become obligatory, it would be illegal and against the basic rights. For me there's also a vision of future, where I will have to take this vaccine. It's not work related. I'm still studying and I want to finish it but I fear that I will be forced to do that. Some professors already said that the only way to go back to normal studying is that all student and all people working in the building must be vaccinated. Personally I don't want to be forced to take vaccine but it will be really hard to fake taking it (even if this is possible due to the IT control of health data). My life is really coming to bifurcation and I don't know what to do I really want to finish studying but I also don't want to be forced to take that vaccine..

I know my situation is similar but I feel its also different. I work for the military. I currently have the option to schedule an appointment for the vaccine but its not mandatory RIGHT NOW. I only have everyone higher up than me preaching how much of a "good" idea it is to get it done and over with for the long run. I absolutely do not want to take this viral in a vial and do not plan to go through with this appointment.

My worry is that I will be ordered and forced to at some point in the future as I still have 2 years left until I can get out with an honorable discharge. Even if I just say no over and over again, I don't know what kind of trouble this can create for me or what kind of complications it would cause for the rest of my life if I got dishonorably discharged due to not following orders or something like that. Anyone out there have any experience or advice? I would really appreciate the guidance

Last as long as you can before your hand is forced. Eventually more information regarding the vaccine will be revealed. The main thing is to NOT do it right now. Avoid it for as long as possible, and then make your judgement call.

File an IG complaint. So long as this isn't mandatory military-wide, you can consider this an abuse of power. Just like they can't order you to chug a bottle of whiskey, they can't order you (unless the DoD mandates it) to take the vaccine.

An IG complaint has worked for privates that had their feelings hurt by a Mr. meanie sergeant, so you might get lucky with this as well.

Once it is legally mandatory, you're screwed. I had no choice on a lot of vaccines, including the dreaded anthrax vaccines. At least, that I'm aware of, none of them were mRNA vaccines.
