Hi, I wanted to make my own thread for this question in order to gain a faster and greater sample of responses to it.
Sometimes I find myself unable to tell if what I am feeling is energy being transferred out of myself, or into myself. Sometimes the answer seems to be more clear than others. I wish I could learn to completely distinguish positive from negative and to not only be left with just discernment to use to figure this out. The only gauge I sometimes have is to consider the context of what triggered the reaction - i.e., seeing a disturbing image, or thinking a scary thought, has left me to assume it is an energy transference (or loss) from my soul.
Does anyone else experience this sensation? It's sort of like chills all over the body (what I'm assuming is bioelectric activity), or sometimes a "dropping" or "rising/surging" feeling in the body, which seems to always be more pronounced in the chest area. Sometimes it feels negative and sometimes it feels positive, depending on what exactly I am reaction to and how exactly I react to it.
I think I know the answer but I find myself second-guessing. Generally I feel like being happy or laughing gains me energy from things I am interacting with. I'm now convinced I have discovered a way to generate or siphon energy through this mechanism.
Am I missing something or do I have something wrong here? Does anybody have answers for me? Thank you.
